Kenny's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

Had wonton soup heavy with MSG it caused a reaction of swelling to my eyes. Never have ordered before. Called on the phone from home... if there was a return policy?!

The small lady working that night got sooooo upset I couldn't understand her when she talked sooooo Fast.

Later 2wks Was in the area....for chicken rice soup....one I always get, no reaction from this soup.

The anothet lady at the counter..not the original young lady whom takes the pm orders for as long as i have been ordering my chicken rice soup. Guess who i got?

The older lady ...... She Got mad again...when ordering the chicken rice soup...I asked for manager ...not there....she wouldnt give me her name. I Told the staff i gave the prior soup away ....never did i have to then return the wonton soup.....They looked at me like they didnt understand what i said.....( I'm from Gaithersburg).....o well!

Now, writing this BAD experience i had twice. What a double Mess with...

I will never order from here again. I ordered food for my son and forgot to leave my credit card and they took the food back and proceed to tell me it will take 3 business days for it to go back on my card. What I am mad about is they are so willing to waste $15 worth of food all because they couldn't see my card. My suggestion to Kenny's is stop delivering food if their is a problem with credit cards or don't take them at all cash only business. You should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR WASTING FOOD. THERE ARE PEOPLE STARVING IN THE WORLD AND YOU AS A BUSINESS OWNER FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY SHOULD KNOW. You will never get my business again. This is going on all social media. SHAME...

After an hour of waiting for my food that was under 20 bucks and less than a mile from my home the driver had the audacity to hassle me for a tip, I didn't mind giving him a tip but I wanted to run back in & grab cash rather than placing it on my card. Driver refused to give me my receipt until I provided him with a tip which angered me even more so I ended up not giving him anything and he told me not to order from there again. Which is fine because I never intended to. All I can say was that I was BAFFLED by the horrible service and would NOT recommend Kennys what's so ever. All events took place in Gaithersburg.
