Today my husband place in order at 12:00 nooon 1 hour and 30 minutes after we still not recieve the delivery. My husband call multiple times and they keep saying 5 minutes the food never arrives, I call them they said they have the wrong address , the girl who answered the phone transfer my call I belive to the manager who keep argued that It was our false not to provide the right address. Which I belive that he have a very poor customer service because we order at least 4 times a month from Paisano’s is about $2,800 revenue a year that we contribute to their business and stay of compraste and value us a loyal customer he response was I am voided your order and refund your money , this had happen several times I never ask for anything in return and today it was the last time I am placing a order from here. The manager have a very poor custumer service and not a bit of empathic for their loyal custumers . I am a good and verberage manager and he should verified the address after the second call it was their mistake for not taking the correct order and verified . Read moreTonight was my first time going to this restuarant. I had barley eaten all day and I was definitely ready to go to town on some garlic spaghetti. When I went to pick it up, the service was good. I was not unsatisfied until I got home and opened up the exceedingly greasy container and saw a long piece of hair right on top, hanging off the side... disgusting. I was so hungry and paid $13.49 for it so I opened up the foil (separate from the Spaghetti) and had a piece of the garlic bread.. and did not taste any garlic. I ended up heating up frozen garlic bread that I had just bought from the grocery store. I did taste the other side of the Spaghetti and it didn't taste bad but then I threw it all away because I just couldn't get past the thought of the hair. I read the reviews afterwards and realize I probably should have tried the pizza but I just had pizza last night so I wanted something different. I think the spaghetti would taste better fresh and id be willing to try it again if it weren't for the hair because that is just unsanitary. Read moreAs much as I would love to order today...... I have a complaint. (We have been VERY loyal customers for ) almost seven years :) and we tip well. We live just down the street from the Muddy Branch shop and consider you to be a neighbor.
However.... you must have SOMEONE in your kitchen preparing food WITHOUT a hair net or something to prevent hair from falling into food. ** The last (LARGE) pizza I ordered recently, had a hair on the back of the crust... found it as I was eating.... EWWW! AND the last salad I ordered had a hair in the in the lettuce. (omg...nothing worse!)
Since then, 1) I feel like it's not even worth calling and complaining. Every time I go into your shop --someone has loose hair. or dirty hands....2) I have only observed this in the last few months...( still gross!! ) and 3) there are SO many other (clean) local and delivery options out there now in this area.
It just boils down to management...higher standards and good practices. Tell your kids/cooks and staff to tie their hair back. Check your staff and surroundings-- on every shift (invest in a lint or hair roller) and then MAYBE, in time--- I will...
