Excellent beer selection but staff is extremely rude. I’ve been a customer here for three years, but I will not be returning after my latest experience. There’s plenty of other stores in MoCo with great beer selections. Reading the comments it seems that other people have had rude experiences here as well. It is a shame because the selection is truly great, but I will be spending my money elsewhere
Edit: The below reply from the owner is not an accurate description of what occurred when I was there. I never cursed when I was in the store. I said it was “pretty lame” that something was “online only” when I was there and staring at a mountain of said product. Then three employees refused to answer my questions and said I was in the way when I was looking at the mountain of product. Please stop lying about this interaction on social media and this platform. I did not curse once while in the store. Your responses make you look horrendous at customer engagement, further reinforcing my position that I will never return because of the...
Read moreGreat spot, run by people who enjoy good beer and wine! Wide selection of both beer and wine for onsite consumption and waaaaay more to take home.
I don’t know much about wine so I tend to leave that for my lady but when it comes to beer, this is my go to spot. They have 22 taps and the kegs turn over frequently. They often have local breweries and always have some of some of the heaviest hitters in the craft beer game on deck.
Recommend signing up for their points system and newsletter to get some perks and be notified when they get new cans in (usually towards the end of each week).
In addition to great selection the people/services are always top notch. All of the bartenders are amazing particularly Jenn, Tyler, Lindsay, Alexis, Griffin, Betl, and Emma.
A good spot with plenty of regular locals. Always welcoming and never a bad time. Sometimes crowded but surprisingly the service never seems to be negatively impacted. Live music from...
Read moreTonight was my first time in the store. My husband rants and raves about how awesome it is. He called before we came with beer questions and the person who answered the phone was extremely professional. So, imagine my surprise when we get there and he was halfway ignored by one person on the floor and then the cashier was rude. I don’t expect to be in a professional establishment and have someone answer with “What?” when I’m asking a question. There are more ways to ask someone to repeat themselves. It wasn’t like the line was long. His tone was just nasty. A little eye contact and a smile can...
