TL;DR: The customer service at this location is poor. I am all about supporting my local community and its businesses, and I understand that we all come from different cultures and backgrounds. However, if you are working in a business where there is a language barrier, there are going to be some problems.
I do not speak Spanish, and the employee who was supposed to be helping me did not speak English. How was I supposed to communicate what I wanted to purchase? My cheese was thrown on top of my sandwich, compared to everyone else's, it looked like it didn't even receive any love. And when it came to the condiments, they were just tossed and patted down, like someone was making a sandcastle at the beach. I noticed that the condiments were all piled up in one spot, and not spread out evenly. In other words, one side of my sandwich was covered in condiments, and the other side was bare. When I tried to explain to the employee that only 3/4 of my sandwich was covered, and asked her to spread the condiments out evenly, I was met with a "huh" and a "qué," as if I was speaking a foreign language. Once again, a language barrier is not good for business.
I am not the type of person to leave a bad review unless it is warranted. When I do leave a review, I start with, "Let me tell you what happened here!" I thought it was just me, but this location needs to focus on its customer service. The employee knew that I did not speak Spanish, and she still made fun of me in Spanish when I walked out. She started by saying, "It's okay." No, it is not okay. What you said about me was not cool. On top of that, the employees say all sorts of things about you and other people in Spanish right in front of you and to your face.
I am disappointed with the customer service at this location. I hope that the management will take steps to improve the situation.

Read moreYesterday I purchased a footlong Beast sandwich via mobile order. Upon getting home the sandwich looked very underwhelming and did not have all the meat + extra veggies.
I’ve ordered this same sandwich at least a dozen times and yesterday was very disappointing. Upon calling the store they said it had 6 slices of each meat + cheese which it clearly did not. They told me to come in the following day and I did with a picture, upon entering the lady keep insisting it was the correct size but then agreed to make me a replacement 6’.
Upon doing it she made an equally as sad sandwich which nowhere near 6 slices of meat. Then she keeps stating “I don’t believe you.”
I have ordered the exact sandwich many times and have photos of it from other occasions. This was a very bad experience from the Muddy Branch Subway.
Picture below of the sandwich. I have never been able to completely finish the sandwich, yesterday I was still hungry...
Read moreVery DISAPPOINTED by the Rude services offered by the female worker's over here. Took my kid today for having dinner Sub's (three foot-long subs total) at this place. We asked for 3 fresh out-of-the-oven foot-long breads which we saw laying outside right in front of us which were ready to be consumed! Despite of requesting, asking and insisting those freshly available breads - the rude lady was so stubborn that she not only ignored our asking for, but also right-out denied to serve us the freshest bread's myself and my kid wanted to have. This was my 3rd time having to face such a Rude and Belligerent female worker at this Subway. After being denied to our basic & simply doable requests, we straight away walked out of this Subway without any purchase and will never go back again at this place. Their customer-service-attitude is incorrect and poor. Also, this place has no convenient parking (especially during...
