Alfano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Galesburg

I ordered from this location thinking it would be the same as the other location I patronized for thirteen years, but I was wrong. I'm sorry to say that I don't think Mr. Alfano has tasted the food from this location lately. I ordered the supreme nachos and they were very different from what I was expecting. The chips that weren't soggy were stale, and they were a different kind than the ones used at the Monmouth location. The taco meat seemed to have no taco seasoning at all, and I asked for extra sour cream but only received one tube. I also ordered cheese sticks for my boyfriend, which came very dry. The marinara for the sticks was far too sweet as well. I gave two stars for their service because the driver was very nice. Place has horrible customer service. The food is not good I really question if it is old. They are always out of about half of the items on the menu. If you call 45 minutes before they close they ignore the call or pick up and hang up. I have ordered pizza and it has never been delivered. I have also ordered for pick up and it was never ready. This is like a last resort comma I will never order from this place again. Not to mention from the outside the facility looks sketchy comma so I can only assume the quality of their food and their Sanitation is poor. On top of all that any other pizza place in town is better. Their unprofessionalism has ticked me off. Just don't even waste your money. I do not even want to give it one star. We got food from here often because we work late and it's open. It has always been really good food but closer to two hours of a delivery wait late at night...and that's every single time. The reason I'm posting is because last weekend I waited all day to eat just so I could get food from here but you weren't open until 3 and I knew it'd be worth the wait. Unfortunately I called at 3 and for an hour after and no one would answer the phone. I finally gave up and tried a new place for food and not to my surprise, when I drove by you guys were open.
