Their management and over all welcoming atmosphere is almost nonexistent they never keep enough help on hand and then take it out on there employees infront of customers when they cant get enough done with no help or stack their employees with unreasonable hours where its obvious their being run to the ground with no break from anything. The main management is extremely rude, sexist and over all discriminating especially towards females and gives off the vibe of thinking he runs the world and that no one else matters around him. Constantly having a over all horrible attitude. Instead of understanding and really looking into a problem they stick the blame on the first employee they can see with a weak point and take it out on them. Over all not a friendly/family environment and not considerate or fair to their staff. There are so many employees that are taken for granted that do amazing work and push themselves till they drop with no appreciation. Alot of health risks all around the store between paying attention to the health conditions of their workers and having them work over their limits and having them work when they are sick and contagious around customers and food. I would absolutely not recommend galesburg seminary street caseys! For a job or a stable environment! Absolutely awful. I feel sorry for the employees still there that havent gotten away yet. I go to pick up my order- three employees are working behind the counter; they look up at me and go right back to working. After a couple minutes, someone approaches me and says, “name.” They go to check for my order and talk to the cook- it looked like my food was never even started. The issue is nobody came back and I had to flag down a worker to ask if there was a wait on my order - I’m not bothered by my food not being ready, but I would’ve appreciated some communication. How hard would it have been to say “I’m sorry, we’re running a little behind tonight, do you mind coming back in about 15 minutes?” Your product isn’t worth a dime if it isn’t backed up by great customer service - Management needs to offer some training on...
Read more12/9/2022 second Friday in a row that I’ve ordered a taco or brisket pizza and there is something they don’t have to make it . One or the other. I’m standing here at 6:06om watching what is going on with in the store and there is inventory/delivery laying all over the store. One cashier, two in the kitchen three ppl putting inventory away phones ringing and not being answered.. just now a employee walks into kitchen as says answer phone. But he doesn’t answer it.
