Agave's 109 — Restaurant in Gallatin

Just had lunch there today. It was the most authentic I've had since I lived in Texas.

First clean, good atmosphere and airy. Staff was friendly and polite.

I had the enchiladas suiza. Four cheese with cilantro and sour cream drizzled over it. The presentation was lovely. I added chicken. Wherever they are getting the corn tortillas from is providing them with a fresh handmade taste.

My only thing was I wish they offered a smaller version for seniors.

But I will go...

Came in for the first time the other day. Service was prompt, helpful, and consistent, food warm and tasty, and the drink specials may be some of the best in town, with plenty of TVs for game days.

With fairly competitive prices, and dinner and lunch specials available all week, Agave’s (under new management) is a solid 2nd location for the Casa Agave team, and I look forward to seeing what they do with this space...

Wow!! Finally found our Mexican spot in the area. Moved here 2 yrs ago from the West Coast and are very picky about good Mexican. Chips are crispy and the salsa is excellent, service friendly and quick. The enchilada sauce is homemade and the margaritas are great. If you haven’t tried this place please do and send your friends. Ask for the chile verde not on the menu but they can make it. My 16 yr old son...
