I will tell you what honestly the people that work in the McDonald's closest to the Krystal restaurant on Nashville Pike do not wash their hands no matter the shift I have been in the restroom with at least three to four people in McDonald's on various shifts and no lie I have heard them in the next stall using the restroom and on the phone in the next stall and watched them literally walk out of the restroom and not wash nobody's hands and go back to work. I on the other hand walked right up to where you order with the cashier and told them and the manager the employee did not wash their hands This is not what someone told me I actually witnessed this on all three to four occasions because either I was washing my hands or drying them when I witnessed such gross behavior when these individuals are dealing with the public food and this should be mandatory for anyone. No one wants anyone nasty hands that just touched their body parts and been between their legs or at least touching something between their legs to fix anyone nothing pertaining to food or drinks at that restaurant this is actually disgusting to see and know for sure this is happening . I have notified them several times because I went right behind the individual up to where you order and told what the individual did not do and that was a simple washing of the hands If they decide to not wash their hands for their own sake it is different . When you are dealing with the public you should be considerate of germs and being nasty by touching other folks food with pee...
Read moreEverytime my family goes to this McDonald's on Main St. Gallatin TN, our meal is messed up or we have something missing. Twice in the last 2wks we had to go back up to them to fix a problem. First time was I ordered two chicken McGriddles, got home, had zero chicken but instead sausage & cheese McGriddles. Tonight (4/19) ordered fries with no salt, and got them with salt, fries are never freshly made, on top of that, they forgot our youngest sons meal completely, went back up there, lady working gave my husband an attitude and told him that the only had 4 people, and that he has to drive through the to the windows to reorder Stating its a policy that they don't allow people in, if that was the case, the first time I came up from my McGriddles, I seen several people in eating and doors were freely open, so I know they just didn't want you deal with customers inside due to staffing but I'm sorry, they need to get there stuff together. We will no longer go to this McDonald's and rather drive out our way to the other ones. These arent the only two times, I have had multiple problems. The attitudes of one when we went through one morning stating they were out of Orange Juice at 9am, I get up to the window, they just were too lazy to refill it, by the time I got my order it was ready again, the lady didn't want to give me my orange juice BC it was inconvenience. Get better people, get more people, and learn to...
Read moreAfter trying both Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks who were closed at this hour, I pulled up to the window and the man running the drive thru said, "how may I help you?". I responded by asking him for two large caramel frappes.
He responds and tells me that the machine is down for cleaning. I, in desperation for something to keep me going for the day said, "dang, you guys are the only place open right now that serves coffee." Not in a hateful manner, just a comment about how they were my last chance, basically, to get what I wanted to before work. The man then says to me, "Well it's full of chemicals right now that'll probably give you diarrhea and make you really sick, but I guess if you want one I can make you one." I was literally speechless for a minute. When I thought it over I responded with, "I apologize, I was just trying to process what you just said to me."
He then says, "so do you want anything?" I said, "yes sir, may I have your name please?", (no response,) "sir, may I please have your name?". He then asks again, "do you want anything?", and again I respond, "yes sir, I would like your name please." He responds with, "No, I don't know you. I don't have to give you my name." I pulled off and left it at that. I would have spent my money on a hot coffee had this "gentleman" known how to provide...
