Krystal — Restaurant in Gallatin

I was ordering my own food at the window, and picking up an online order for my friends family. I knew right away I’m gonna need to check it. No big deal. I pull up to the window and they said they can’t do the milkshake, and they take it off my receipt. All good. They finally hand me the food and immediately shut the window. It was a young girl. I knew it was wrong by the size of the bag. I pulled up to check everything. They didn’t give me my entire order. My friends order was missing a Krystal chick and two orders of fries. So I walk inside with the order and the receipts. I kindly tell them I don’t have my order and the items that were missing. They throw all that food out I assume because they remade the whole thing. The girl hands me the new orders and go sits down at a dining table chatting with a friend. I checked the bags again, right at the counter. This time I notice its missing the bowel of chili. I tell the manager and the girl yells from across the restaurant that she gave me the chili. She did not. The manager seen it laying there in the kitchen so she just forgot to put it in my bag. The girl is young and unprofessional but it’s fast food so no biggie. I’m giving it 2 stars instead of one because the manager was very kind and tried his best to fix the situation. When I finally got to my friends house, I then realize two apple turnovers are missing. I guess that’s my fault for not checking again for them while I was there. The food was good and it’s the only Krystal close by so I hope it doesn’t get shut down but something...

Went to this restaurant last night. They pulled atleast 5 card over to the side. At 30mins time, we still hadn’t received our food. There were 2 cars there before we were.

At 30mins, my wife asked how long it would be and the manager said that their grill was down (whatever that means). My wife asked the manager why didn’t she warn the customers that she had an issue, but the Mgr would not answer the question.

At 45mins, my wife went back to the manager and asked how long, and she said she was working on out order. We finally asked for our money back after almost an hour of waiting. At this time, the Manager told us that only 2 people were running the store.

Don’t go to this Gallatin location. They use this grill being down excuse all the time. They seem to always have and issue and their customer service is basically nonexistent. I have driven up to the window and they will say, “our grill is down and it will be atleast a 45mn wait if you still want to order”. It’s almost like they don’t want you to order.

I can’t believe the Regional Managers allow this to happen. When I was in fast foods, this could not happen. Maybe it’s the culture of the Krystal’s chain. Don’t go here if you are hungry...

I rated this place about 2 years ago and gave it 5 stars. This is a update, I now refuse to go here. The people are ALWAYS rude and short! They never have all the food you want. One example is I ordered chili cheese pups and they didn't have the buns. The lady acted as if I knew this and I was the problem. Other times it's just random things they don't have. 1 in 3 orders wouldn't have the correct food like missing fries or just completely wrong oder. The junkyard fries basically dont exist because they never have any ingredients. The online order charges an extra dollar. This place has like a rating of 3.2 and that seems a bit too high. The place is old as can be and has never been updated it seems. The men's bathroom sink has 60 years worth of rust coming off of it. It's just terrible, the whole place is! There is no corporate phone number to call and complain or just give a review, I've tried several times! New update... Google ask me to update. EVERY time I go, my order is messed up EVERY TIME!!! I said to someone else today 10/18/2023 that this place is worse than any other McDonald's! This place is...
