The worst, most disrespectful and unprofessional fast food place I’ve been at, in the 48 states that I drive semi truck. “Patience” needs some work on the grill because she obviously was never taught “customer service .” When I walked in she was texting and continued to after looking up at me and then walked away as I stood there to order..what, because I have tattoos and muscles that gives you the right to “mistreat” the working man?!…luckily a very pleasant and hard working gal named Kelsey came and took my order and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome at the Wendys here in Gallipolis Ohio..this girl “Kelsey” should be the closing manager. I’m gonna write corporate headquarters’s for Wendys as well here in Ohio. I work 70-90 hours a week, I provide for my 5 yr old, I don’t deserve to be looked down at like “patience” did to me…put your phone away and learn how to take food orders with a smile, even if u are faking it.. i was a manager for Wendys, I know the work is hard and tedious at times, put those feelings away.....

Mobile orders always break their brains. I ordered a chicken sandwich one day and received it almost completely uncooked. I went again the next day, ordered a chicken sandwich, and didn’t receive it at all. I went two days later and ordered salad with no guacamole and add cheddar cheese. I received the salad covered in guacamole and no cheddar cheese. This was all in the same week, other dumb stuff like this has happened before. Read moreWent through drive through. Tried to use a deal on the app. She refused to use it. Said the deal was no longer valid. I said "then why can I do a mobile order and it will let me use it?" So I told her to cancel my order and I would order it on the app. I did so, she then asked us to pull back around. We did. When we got back to the window, she said "you didn't check in by stopping at the speaker" ?!? We literally told her at the window less than a minute before that we had ordered it. So she pulled us forward. We sat there for 20 minutes until I finally went in to ask for my food. When we got it, the sandwich was refrigerator cold.
