Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Galt

I AM UPDATING THUS REVIEW Nov 19 2021 . : After I wrote previous review someone called from the customer resource called offered me a coupon for a free pizza with apologies., Great I'm thinking NOT when I tried to use the coupon it wouldn't let me oh well. So I order a pizza & with points I built up ment a free pizza Right He'll No! This time I ordered my Pizza plus the free pizza I only received the free pizza NOT the specialty pizza I really wanted I tried to call for 3 hours NO ANSWER! phone plays auto messages about jobs tells you to hold after holding it just hangs up I hope Dominos enjoys that $18 tip.

I used to love dominos but as time went on there pizza started going slowly downhill. Tonight was my last order with Dominos 🙁. The extreme pepperoni pizza had very few pepperoni & the parmesan cheese was burnt. I found out that it doesn't matter how long you've been a customer if you complain 3 time's and they make a redo pizza your not allowed anymore complaints or redo pizza no matter how bad it is. I'm done...

We had ordered some pizza for lunch for the guys !! We could not decide on what to order so we gave our local dominos a ring! And we were pleasantly greeted but a gentleman named Luis, we asked him mr Louie what’s a good choice of pizza we don’t know what we want he said well what do you like and we said sausages because who can’t resist a nice meaty sausage!! He said ok sounds good I’ll make you a sausage and olives pizza !! And ooo boy was that a great choice!! We called the pizza in at 12:15 and they made the pizza and delivered it to our location in 20 min flat we were all astonished !! Then we got to thinking how can they make a quality pizza and deliver it in 20 min !! Well let me tell you it was not only the best quality it was hot and steamy just how you would expect pizza to be!! I would 100% recommended pizza from this establishment and you for sure need to be asking for Luis to deliver your hot and steamy sausage pizza 100% recommendation on...

I have had the best customer service from Galt's Dominos. I especially appreciated Liz, i believe was her name. I meant to give her a great review a couple orders ago. I have noticed more and more that customer service has been average at best with a lot of places but not with Dominos and especially not with Liz. Liz is one of the most stand out employees of any place I've ordered food from lately. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. The recent drivers we have had have also been so cool. I really appreciate the way me and my family have been treated by them. The food is good too! I love the Mediterranean veggie sandwich! Thanks Galt Dominos! The hiring manager is doing...
