McDonald's Garapan — Restaurant in Garapan

Once I entered the glass doors, embellished with promotion posters and the prominent golden arch, I have never felt so inclined to enjoy a quick meal before I start the day. McDonald's has always become a "first pick" and I have never gone to any other place that creates a cordial and warm atmosphere, where employees with affable manners greet with the most profoundly known, "Håfa Adai!" With an array of menu choices, special value meals, and promotions, it leaves customers with a copious amount of opportunities to create the meal that is just right. The service is beyond exceptional and the quality of the food is what to be expected. The worst part about McDonald's is when it comes to leaving the restaurant, but the joy and hope is filled again when I arrive another time. I am very dissatisfied with customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star coz I couldn't get what I ordered there They told me something is wrong with my wifi. But when I went to the Middle road branch , I had no problem with my wifi. Least they could have done was to honor the mobile order number I showed them. This was not the first time it happened. Last time, I let it go. But when I didn't get the same problem at Middle road, I promised myself I will make a complaint next time & so here I am. Garapan McDonald's has always been known to be bad. Their service is not that great compared to the McDonald's at Middle Road. They would sometimes mix up what I ordered. They would sometimes forget to add some ingredients in my coffee. It happens quite a lot. Recently, I had my order mixed up with another persons order.
