The staff is nice enough but if you need help with anything, GOOD LUCK! The front dest isn’t staffed all the time. It’s 8 pm on Sunday night and there isn’t anyone at the front desk. I’ve experienced this issue when off island trying to call at different times during the night and day and the phone just rings. ||||I have questions about the internet and there’s no one around. Immediately as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a staff member wearing a friendly smile. My check in process was speedy and flawless. There are no stairs in this facility due to having only three floors. My room was spacious and the bed was large. I was also treated to cookies awaiting on the desk.
