Best duty free shopping place in Saipan: brands, cosmetics, chocolate, spirits etc. Brands offered change over time; selection of items available in brand boutiques in vast majority of cases better than at the airport duty free. Free WiFi.

Itโ€™s the place for trendy and high end goods. All the major brands: Tiffany and Co. and Cartier to name a few. You can also get all your Saipan souvenirs in one location. Top shelf alcohol, chocolates and vitamin supplements are in one location. Shopped here many times...

High end. Period. Not the right place if you're just looking for some inexpensive flip flops, shorts, and sunscreen. I did find that they carry Herschel and similar brands though. It is a beautiful mall with Hard Rock...
