My family loves Carlos and Big Beantz Tacos Co.! We have been enjoying Big Beantz since they started. Every time they were at my Brother's old brewery the whole family would convene for dinner. You cannot go wrong with the fresh and homemade ingredients- especially the tortillas! It doesn't matter if you get chicken, steak, shrimp, etc.- they are all worth trying! We had them cater my Dad's 70th birthday. My Dad didn't even want a party, but when my Mom suggested having Carlos and Big Beantz Tacos, he changed his mind. Carlos knows shrimp is my Dad's favorite and he even brought extra just in case my Dad wanted more...he did! Carlos and the team were prepared, on time, and so thoughtful. My family and myself decided to visit Loose screw distillery in downtown Meridian . To our surprise they have a taco truck outside their business. Well let me tell you just how AMAZING and absolutely delicious their food is ! Coming from a Mexican family that was raised by a professional chef that owned his restaurant for many years in one of the most diverse states in the country (California) This food just HITS PERFECTLY !

The burst of flavor in every single bite , the homemade tortillas , the delicious salsa , the pickled red onions …. I can go on and on .
