I’m so upset and disappointed. I ordered a pizza and boneless chicken and they gave me chicken nuggets and they also gave me a pizza with a pepper on the side and I am extremely allergic to this pepper. I could not even enjoy it because of that. On hold now for 25 mins. I need to talk to a manager.

It took over a hour to get my delivery it cost over $30.00 it was like eating wet cardboard. In the bag so long it was steamed and ruined. When I contacted the the store I was offered a $3.00 discount on my next order the delivery cost. Good customer service would apologize and replace the complete order but not Papa Johns. Don’t waste your money buy elsewhere.🤮 UPDATE ORDERED TWO PIZZAS PAPA JOHNS USED DOOR DASH TO DELIVER AND PIZZA WAS DROPPED OUT OF THE BOX PICKED UP AND THROWN BACK IN THE BOX. WHO WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE OK? I CALLED PAPA JOHNS TO GET IT CORRECTED THEY COULD CARE LESS WAS TOLD TO TAKE IT UP WITH DOOR DASH. THEY CHOSE TO USE DOOR DASH NOT ME SO NOT MY PROBLEM. Papa John sucks I ordered online I was not happy with the pizza I received I ask for it to made over they said no because they would have to charge me again for the pizza to be remade but I already paid I knew I should have just went to jets pizza instead I went to this suck ass place with this rubbery ass pizza no more I'm done with this location!! They suck and poor service skills I never left the store with the pizza they said they will not make it over very clearly!! That's why I was upset1/17/24 update I ordered online it said it would be ready at 601 came in the store it has not even been made yet !! Now they said 20 min ridiculous Friday is a big pizza night for families...

My order was as follows: large 6 cheese tuscan bread, 15 Buffalo chicken poppers and 2 orders of the jalapeño cream cheese bites along with a 2 liter.

The two liter came cold. Everything else was a disaster. The food did not arrive in a pizza bag. Every item was cold. The large cheese bread did not have enough dipping cups for its size. The delivery driver wasn't polite and treated me like I had leprosy when I handed him the cash for my order.

I have no idea how a company stays in business with customer service and policies like this. Order from...
