White Castle — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

I arrived to get breakfast on my way to work and waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I was the only person in line and no one serviced me. So I called the store to see if they were open and no one answered the phone. As I was pulling off a lady came to the drive thru to tell me to wait longer because they were cleaning the shake machine. So I then was made to wait 5 more minutes before I was able to place an order. Finally placing an order and arriving to the window to pay for my order, a guy opened the window and stuck his hand out for payment without telling me the amount or greeting me. He took my payment, gave me a receipt and closed the drive thru window. I then waited another even longer for my order. The same guy opened the drive thru window and stuck the bag out the window with no comment, greeting or thank you. Just terrible! This occurred on 8.29.2022 from 5:09...

Came through Saturday night and it went like this at the window...

Employee: hi, how are you? Me: good, thanks, you? E: I'm blessed, your total is x.xx We paid, get our food and he says, have a good night, Jesus loves you. I said thanks and he actually said, thank Jesus.

At first, I wasn't bothered by it, but the more I think about it, that's just not ok.

I believe in Jesus, but I realize not everyone does.

There are SO MANY different religions and beliefs in this world, and in this area specifically, so why are you shoving Jesus down my throat at midnight when I'm just trying to get some sliders?

And he wasn't very friendly, so idk if he was even being serious or not but it wasn't funny, and he shouldn't be in customer service if he can't keep it about business and be aware and sensitive to the fact that not everyone worships the same...

My experience here have always been good! Only thing I found out that if you order burgers and don't want any onions on them be prepared to wait a little longer for your order. I once did that and it took 20 minutes or so. But, there was like 2 or 3 more cars ahead of me in the drive thru. So if that may be a problem just get them with the onions and scrapped them off before you eat your burgers. Well that's what I do. Sometimes we just don't feel up to waiting a long time to get the burgers that's all. But your choice. Oh, the people that work there are nice and courteous so that's a good thing. Because I have ran into some that not like that. They may be having a bad day and grouchy or something. But at this location at Ford and Inkster road they have very good...
