Foods consistent and has days when it's amazing. But this last time I went there was a green color between the bread and chicken. I looked up online and someone said it could be pickle juice, but I only get lettuce on mine. The pictures don't do it justice well, but it's a yellowish green. I do hate it when I get water, and it's clear they didn't let the tap run for a moment, and then there's another drink mixed in with the water. It tastes disgusting, and you can always tell cause it'll have a pink or yellow tint to it too. People are nice but often slow. Not that they take longer than other fast food places, (in fact they tend to be faster) but if you're going inside, the person supposed to be running the cash register is often elsewhere. Then you hear people call for that person because they're the only one allowed to take your order. I've stood there for a few minutes before that person even gets within view. Instead of asking customer to move forward to the window so the customers and staff could hear each other; left the customer frustrated cause they were trying to explain their order and ask for another order. When we pulled up to the window, the same situation happen. The guy working the window would not try to understand what we were asking. Would we be able to change the bun on a sandwich? He kept saying your mobile order you cannot change when we were trying to place another order. When the worker finally understood he turned around shut the door and spoke to the manager. She rolled her eyes at what we were asking. I told the guy if she wants to talk about us to say it to our face. The manager approached and said what I was saying was if they have a problem they need to speak to the manager. Why didn't the manager step up and try to resolve this right away vs talking about us behind the window and laughing. Not a good manager and corporate needs to teach employees how to speak to customers and diffuse a situation vs making it worse by laughing and joking in front of the customers...
Read moreI was hungry for chili, and I will say Wendy’s has great chili. I also grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich and ordered a drink, but didn’t get anything to drink.
The machine was out of pretty much everything. With several options, appearing on the touchscreen, only two or three drink options were available.
I told one of the people behind the counter, they said okay then went about their conversation as if it could wait.
I simply don’t understand the poor customer service that I find everywhere today. If a customer is missing something or needing anything, you should stop what you’re doing, stop everything, and take care of the customer in front of you.
I love their chili, but I won’t be going back. Absolutely fantastic food, but as a pain, I won’t be treated as if I’m not the one paying everybody’s bills in that building.
Employers don’t pay employees, customers pay the employees. Employers simply sign checks, the important person is the one across from you at the register.
