Beware of the trashy banshee manager at 9pm people! Iâm giving this a 2 star instead of a 1 because the kid who helped us at the window was pretty awesome, unlike his awful trashy female manager. Driving up to the window, I heard them tell us to order when ready...a minute later after we decided on what to get I began, and then I was told to âplease wait a minute,â then a few minutes later this rude chick gets on and says to go ahead and order. I proceeded to order 2 things when she rudely asked, âis that all?â I said I would like a medium drink, again, rudely asked, âis that it?â I said yes, just the 3 items. She didnât say thanks or anything, she said âIâll have your total at the 2nd window.â
We drove up and could hear screaming through the window! The poor cashier embarrassed asked if we could hear it too... it was between a male worker who was cleaning and the manager female. She was the one who took our order. She was screaming at this guy about his job and he was going on how he doesnât feel respected.
The cashier joked about it trying to make it ok. Said she does this and you should hear her in the mornings. Making light of it. Which I think is sad. She was awful!!!! I could hear the whole thing outside and they werenât even visible until we were leaving. It was so unprofessional and how she acted when taking our order is for sure why I will not go back there. I found it ironic considering whatâs nailed to their walls about quality and all that nonsense. A manager should definitely be more professional and not making a scene while customers are able to hear every awful word from her...
   Read moreCame into this place after having a terrible experience at red Robin on Eagle, where we didn't get to eat our food. Just wanted something quick because I had surgery early in the morning. First thing that happens, we get charged 9.41 for a single chicken sandwich. It ended up being just over 6 dollars. My man gave her a 20 dollar bill, and she says "we don't have any ones". Right off the bat she had this terrible negative affect and after our previous experience, it was so disappointing. So then we ordered a small frosty because we had just paid 3 dollars that day at state street for a Keychain that says we get one. She tells us sorry but that's an old one. I tell her that I just paid for it today from another store. She proceeds to start arguing with me about this junior frosty. Finally my boyfriend speaks up and very nicely tells her that he doesn't appreciate her very negative attitude, and all she could say was that she wasn't being rude, it's just how she is. Offered nothing in that regard, tells us reluctantly which is Anisa, though I don't know how to spell it. We tell her to have a goodnight and she shuts the door in our faces. So then I just get home and the chicken sandwich clearly has meat that has been sitting in a pan for far too long. I'm posting pictures of the way it looks.    Read moreOn Saturday went in for lunch brought 2 for 6.00 Dave's singles and 2 for $6.00 lemonades. I got a piece of romaine lettuce stuck in my throat. Took 10 minutes me coughing to cough it up. My wife and I complained, and all we got was cannot do nothing about that. If you don't like it don't come back. Wrong answer. We spend $12.70 and that experience made it the worst lunch ever. Called the 27th and spoke to the store district manager she said, same reponce. Don't come back I'd you don't like it. She also had a nasty bad attitude towards me on the phone. If I was her boss she would be fired. Didn't even try to made it right.Will Not go in there anymore. I'm telling all my friends the nasty treatment we got. If I could give a 0 rewiew we would. Very upset.
To add further Chad D the District manager called me the same day, I reported and wrote this. I missed him call and he left his called back number and said call me back. I have called at least 10 times, and left a message to return my call. To this date 9 days later. He had NOT returned my phone calls. That says alot to me about the find of upper management Wendy's has working for them in this valley. What this says to me, they don't take their complaints seriously at all This one is serious.
