Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Garden Grove

I didn't want to post anything negative ever I rather just not post it all but I feel this needs to be said My experience at this Carl's Jr was really bad I went through the drive-thru ordered a combo mill and two patties for my dog The girl as she came to give me a bag was acting like I was contagious or something and basically through it at me so I'll let it go I drove away got to where I was going opened up the bag and found only two dog patties in there My combo mill wasn't there so I basically paid $18 and some change for a large soda and two patties when I went back that 10 minutes later the girl said she gave me two bags and the manager there said she wasn't going to refund any of my food so after arguing with them the guy says oh look at the camera and if you're two bags weren't delivered to you I will give you a refund the next day I called and talk to the real manager and she said they don't do that they don't give a refund I can come in and get my food now I want hungry that whole night cuz it was late at night and there was nothing else open I just recommend not using this Carl's jr bypass it don't go don't do it you might run into that same situation I did in $18 meal for your dog and a...

Nine out of 10 times, they ask you to move your car out of the drive thru and pull up in front of the restaurant so their drive thru ticket times don’t look like they’re taking too long. There’s so many times I want to just say “no” but since they’re handling my food, I don’t want to make them mad and potentially do something to my food, (it’s just the automatic thought because of the horror stories we’ve heard, people are capable of it despite what we want to believe of people). Don't like this place. For example , one time I had to wait 20 minutes because they forgot my ticket and didn't make my order. Or when I have to ask for condiments and they gave me only one while giving me an annoyed look.

Haven't been to this location in a while and looks like they raised the prices a lot. Like the combo I got is $2.5 more than the carl jr store I go to near my work. Maybe that's why they don't show combo costs on the menu , because I didn't see any when I ordered. Also, be careful if you order a combo, because they'll charge you for a medium. At other fast food stores, they'll just assume it's a small and will actually ask you if you want to upgrade.
