We got a cookie dough ice cream cake for my daughters b day. It was bad, old and it gave us stomach aches for the rest of the night. Ruined the occasion of my daughters birthday . Next day my husband tries to go back to this location and they said to just bring in the cake and they will process the return. So he goes back home and is nice enough to bring back the rest of the cake. They said just with a pic of our receipt they will process the return. I don't know if this is true or not. It was all shady. I will be making a call to the Health Inspection department because this is unacceptable and unprofessional. He just wanted to get a refund or a gift card. Something. Nope. They didn't care just making him wait over 1hr for nothing. The ladies working there didn't help much saying we had to come in durning "the managers time" to process the return. Why? Like this should have been taken more serious. Like do they not care if other families get sick? It's sad. It was obvious that they only care about the money. So disappointed with giving my business to them. Lesson learned. Please be careful...

I managed to order and the worker was basically prioritizing his conversation with whomever was on the phone.
I ordered a chocolate devotion, and he was basically mixing everything on the stone one-handed, with his other hand holding the store phone to his ear and tried to put it in the cup with one hand, which was hard to watch as the paper cup kept falling. He had to do this twice as my husband also ordered a scoop and the worker still was chatting away.
The ice cream was meh and melted so fast but I was definitely irked by his poor...

When mixed, it was a basically a large ball of chocolate ice cream with very little of the toppings mixed in. About 3/4 of the bites taken tasted like chocolate ice cream alone with no taste of peanut butter or other toppings. Had same experience last week with a different employee that created the signature ice cream cup. It seems the employees may be being trained to use very tiny amounts of peanut butter or fudge syrup. Paid $7.29. Not worth this cost with such skimpy amount of toppings mixed in. Other Cold Stone locations do not skimp on the peanut butter and fudge syrup like...
