KFC — Restaurant in Garden Grove

I came into the store with my husband and was the only one in the store and there was one person in the drive thru line who they finished serving right when I walked in. I proceeded to order 4 chicken littles and 2 drinks. There were 5 people who ordered more items then what we did and proceeded to get served all before we did and we waited 19 minutes before we got our order all while they are moving at the pace of sloths without a care in the world it seems. The female with the blue hair proceeded to just touch her hair and face without washing her hand s and then touched the food. They didn’t put ice in our drinks either and forgot my fries originally and when I told them I got the combo and showed them my bath without fries and I hadn’t even left the store since I had gotten my order they told me they were 100% sure I had gotten my fries already so I wasn’t going to be served anymore. I've been to this location several times and each time I've ordered two chicken pot pies. I've always been very satisfied with my order. Until tonight. When I first started eating my pot pie, I noticed it had a different flavor compared to the other times. Upon further examination, I noticed that it had too many carrots and way too many potatoes. But it was missing one very important ingredient....THE CHICKEN!!! They made the chicken pot pies with no chicken! How is that possible?!! If I was just a short distance away when I discovered I had vegetarian "pot pies", I would have immediately gone back and demanded a refund. 5/29/24 11:29AM As I approached the counter. Employee did not smile or nothing I order my food. As I wait to pay he took an order from the drive-thru. A lady that was working I'm assuming she was a manager or supervisor. She was wearing a pink shirt. Made the order from the drive-thru but she dropped the bread on the floor, I thought she was going to replace the bread but instead she end up using it for the order. Dining room. Was so dirty I'm so disappointed because this place is that one I come all the time. Now I'm gonna find a different KFC to go to.
