Xe Com Tam VH Food Truck — Restaurant in Westminster

Idk why I was hesitant to try this place at first, maybe because I’m usually not a big cơm tấm person. But I’m so glad I gave it a shot today! It’s a cute yellowish food truck with cơm tấm as their main dish, and honestly, it blew me away.

I ordered the crab soup for $9 and the cơm tấm sườn for $13. The soup was thick, packed with protein, and super comforting. The pork chop was a huge, juicy chunk, perfectly seasoned. The pickled veggies were crunchy with just the right level of tang, and the egg meatloaf (chả trứng) had such a unique flavor—definitely not your typical taste from other spots.

A delightful Vietnamese cuisine, served from a mobile food truck. That is what Xe Com Tam VH is all about. The food truck itself exhibits a high standard of cleanliness and meticulous organization. The staff is exceptionally courteous, prompt, and provides excellent service. The flavors rival those of a sit-down establishment. We ordered #2 and #3, three orders of the Sup Mang Cua and an order of squid. The portions were generous at reasonable prices. Every dish was bursting with authentic Vietnamese flavors.

My sister and I found this place by accident . We drove past it trying to go get desserts lol . We love broken rice dishes and thought a food truck that serves that sounds amazing so we stopped by.

We both ordered broken rice with pork chops and pork skewer with fried egg. $14+ tax and it was pretty damn good. The portion size was huge. It has the sauce inside and pickled veggies .It also came with a free tea drink. I remember the bag being pretty heavy . It was awesome . I would definitely stop by again whenever I’m in the area .
