Mỹ Vị Mì Gia Restaurant 2 — Restaurant in Garden Grove

My dad took me here to eat today and we've been here millions of times before despite their previous rude service. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but the service is OUTRAGEOUSLY RIDICULOUS. This time was the last straw. When we came in, the tall man who was taking our order had this disgusted look on his face and I can understand that, it was a busy day, but he had taken our order COMPLETELY wrong. When the wrong food came out, they argued that we had ordered wrong and implied that we should settle for what they put out. This blew me away; how can you run a restaurant and expect this from your PAYING customers? If they had only brought out the correct order and accepted they messed up, I would have been okay. However, they did not. Furthermore, the second waiter came out and kept rapidly reading out our order; how is that supposed to help? Anyways, I don't recommend this place and will not be coming back. There are plenty other restaurants to go to for the same...

Overall, the experience we had here was okay. We only ordered Mì vịt tiềm, which was the only item that people recommended us to be good here. Their mì vịt tiềm tasted great, the broth was rich in flavor, slightly chewy noodles and soft duck meat. We have no complaints about the food we ordered. However, their service was a bit off. We saw the owner(or maybe manager) and workers speaking loudly at each other, scrambling to find order receipts and that did not add any positive value to our experience as customers, and overall not a good look. Those practices should be behind-the-scene only. Also, it was weird to me that they are still charging people for just plain water.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and the food is great. There isn't much to say about the service. Today we decided to order our food to our home from this restaurant. Our food gets here and I open the bag that it's in and two flys pop out and fly away. Very off putting but whatever, i thought that the food was most likely not contaminated. That was until I opened a box with food inside and there were THREE flys INSIDE of the box. I don't think this has ever happened to me when ordering food.
