I visited to claim my reward points. I had no clue I had $10 worth of points.

Parking: There’s a large free parking lot. It’s a busy plaza, so finding a spot can be a hit or miss.

Ambiance/Environment: I’ve visited this location a couple times before. It’s very casual. I like the bright yellow and natural sunlight that comes through the windows. They have a medium sized space with a decent amount of indoor seating. For whatever reason, there wasn’t any furniture during my recent visit.

Service: There are two self ordering kiosks on the left once you enter. You can also order in person at the register. I ordered at the register, and the worker was nice and efficient.

Drinks: I’ve tried their milk teas with boba in the past. I really enjoy their milk teas. They’re more on the sweeter side, so I suggest adjusting the sweetness level. The boba tasted as expected. I got the Signature Coffee with easy ice and 50% sweetness. I enjoyed the coffee. It was simple yet strong.

Pricing: Again, I used my reward points to claim this drink. It would’ve been worth it if I was able to order a larger size. Unfortunately, the Signature Coffee only...

I ordered for delivery through Postmates because as staff we could not leave the office. They forgot to give the second package to the delivery guy, and that was why I got 4 drinks instead of 9. I called back to resolve the problem and the other employee/manager/ship leader (I really guessed based on that person's attitude) yelled through the phone while I was talking to the staff that forgot to send the drinks. They refused to refund the order and asked why which I had to state again that was not my fault, and the last thing I would want to do is calling back to get the drinks for my boss and my coworkers. I have been waiting patiently after the staffed called back and promised to do a full refund on Jan 28, 2022. However, I have not received any feedback/notification from my bank about this transaction yet. I wish I could give negative star for the service. I bought the boba here few days ago but I just have sort of time to write a review now. It was on 6 June, and at the end of the day when I try to finish my drink, something was in my mouth. At first I thought it was the boba, but then I feel like something different, it may softer than the boba, so I just spit it out of my mouth. And it turned out to be a fly, so disgusting, I used to buy boba from this brand several times, but from now on I refused to buy any of its drink.
