I know the Wendy’s menu. However, this particular night I wanted to know if they had caught up with everyone else and added a vegetarian option to the menu yet. I asked if they had any veggie burgers on the menu (Purely checking to see if there’s any updates that I didn’t know about yet) and the lady at the drive-through window said no but we can wrap your burger in lettuce…🤔… I told her I wanted a veggie burger. Which means I want the bun with veggies and cheese, but I don’t want the meat. She said, “OK would you like all of the veggies with that?” I answered yes please. As I was driving away checking my order I saw lettuce with bunch of veggies inside and no cheese. 🤦🏾♀️ I was very hungry and trying to take medicine after I ate. I had to drive my car in reverse past all of the new cars in the drive-through window, get at the end of the line, and asked them for the correct item when I got to the menu to tell them it was done incorrectly. When I got back to the window to get the correct order the lady I was speaking with stepped aside for a guy to retake my order. A nice little, “I’m sorry or my apologies would have been very nice to hear. Instead the bag was handed to me and the window closed with no one on the other side to make sure I was happy with my new order. Read moreWent through Drive thru yesterday afternoon around 4:30PM. Hadn't been to this Wendy's in like 20 years. Long line in the drive thru. One car in front of me took forever to place their order; when it was my turn, I understood why. The women taking the order simply DID NOT LISTEN. I asked for a honey chicken sandwich and a chocolate frosty and she says, you want the #12? WAIT, WHAT?! What's a number 12? So I then have to look and see what a #12 is. But I wanted a frosty and a large fries. She WASN'T LISTENING!! It took forever to order. Was she distracted, was she trying to upsell? I don't know. I wish she would've just let me, the customer order. In the end, it was like over $16+!! No idea why. I also ordered a crispy chicken sandwich off the value menu too. I get up to the window and ask ask why the total was so high. Then I ask if I can switch the crispy chicken sandwich to a cheesburger off the value menu. She huffed and puffed and got totally flustered. I wanted to just scrap the whole order a drive off tbh. I was over her and my whole Wendy's experience. I paide and left. Read moreRight away I noticed the woman with red hair wasn’t the most friendly. I wanted to ask if they could unlock or turn on the water/soda machine & she said it’s off so cannot but can offer a water cup. I said no bc I want to fill my own water bottle & not waste a cup. A few minutes later, I asked another question about when the dining room closes, since it was around 11pm and usually fast food restaurants close their dining room early so I was surprised and wanted to know. She sort of exasperatingly said I don’t know, ask him, pointing to the manager sitting in the dining room. Finally I had to interact w her again at the end of my meal when I needed to wash my hands & she coldly said I can’t give you the code but I can open it. I wish the service was a little friendlier. I was pleased with my food coming out correctly with my customized Dave’s single though. And the other female worker was more kind with providing me a ghost pepper ranch sauce & remarking that it’s good after I chose it. For the atmosphere, it was too bright for my liking, a little wasteful of electricity if you ask me. I surprisingly liked the country music selection that played.
