Burger King — Restaurant in Gardena

I went to Burger King to get a cherry flavored ICEE and they were under there McDonald's stuff that icee machine wasn't working according to the person at the window. Correction the flavor I wanted wasn't working they had Coca-Cola which I do not like. And instead of saying the one I wanted wasn't working the person at the second window after I had already ordered was just like well I'll just give you a Coke. And I was like I don't want Coke nor soda. Then he expected me to pay for the Coca-Cola flavor. He was looking at me with his hand out and I said never mind no thank you.

I was expecting him to at least say I'm sorry we no longer have the flavor you're interested in these are the options that we do have or did you want something else instead. But he just told me he was going to give me a Coca-Cola flavor and thought I was going to pay for it without any explanation. Since it was very awkward I thought leaving will be best.

Hopefully this location gets cherry flavor ICEE's back. And customers...

Well I waited for about 1 min before I was noticed and greeted by...Mr. Bryon very nice boy. He gave me my drinks and cup holder before my order was ready i liked that I didnt have to ask. Also he knew off hand with tax what my order would be. I also like that. They had other employees wprki u but off in the kitchen talking he was back making frys when I walked in and looked like he was working front and drive thur with 3 other works standing around. I didnt like how he had to do all the work I was there about 12 mins begore my order was finshed and he smiled and said thank you for coming enjoy your day made my day he NEEDS a RAISE or promoted to management the other should be fire!!! Before leaving I noticed the manager have a full five min convo with a offduty employee as there was a line forming to about 6 ppl she never stoped or moved to the side he had to wait until they were finshed then she left thats not fair to that emplyee to work 200x as hard and get paid less. Someone should call...

Horrible customer service. I came in and nobody greeted me , they actually turned around as soon as I came in. Handed the lady a coupon with Options for breakfast and she didnt even ask what I wanted , she gave me the total of that order and I had to tell her that wasn't even what I wanted , she ordered me whatever she wanted. Never asked me what i wanted to order. Then the lady that handed me the order just looked at me.Didnt say anything just placed the bag on counter and turned back around. Didn't call out my number didn't say hey lady your order is ready. She said nothing. another customer came in and asked a question and both ladies Juliana who took my order and the other lady who packed it just looked at each other. If yall don't want to work stay home. It doesn't hurt anyone for y'all to say hello, or to smile. Just horrible...
