I have been doing business online for a long time and this was by far the worse experience with a company I have ever had. I had ordered two items from this place and even though it was listed in stock on there website they apparently didn't have any left, which was fine since they called to tell me that they didn't have any in stock. Spoke to Ryan, who is suppose to be the sales manager there, and he suggested another amp for me. I have never heard of the company that he was suggesting so I told him to just go ahead and cancel the amp order and just ship the speakers. He then told me to hang on so he could go speak with the were house people and see what else they may have. A few minutes goes by and he then tells me that they actually have some of the original amp I ordered coming in and will ship my order.
After that I hang up and get to thinking about maybe getting a different amp instead of the one that they are waiting on so I can get my items quicker. So not even 5 minutes pass when I call them up and ask him to just go ahead an cancel the order, and he says he cannot because it was a special order for my amp. Well I understand that and let it be.
After a week and a half I finally get my items in the mail, and the speakers were the correct one, but the amp that they "special ordered" for me was exactly the one Ryan was trying to push on me at first. So I call them up thinking that it wont be a big deal that they sent the wrong one, and when I talked to him , he flat out lied saying that this was the one I had ordered. After arguing with him about it for a while, I just give up and tell him that I just want to get this shipped back to them to exchange for another. He agrees and patches me over to the returns department. Now I start to talk to Darrell, and he gets my info and inputs it into my account, and then tries to email me the RMA form I need, but cannot figure out how to send an email. So having another co-worker do it, I finally get the RMA and ask him if they will provide a shipping label seeing as how they messed up my order. He tells me that they can't but can't answer why that is. He then proceeds to tell me that since its a return, they will have to recover the cost of shipping my item to me free of charge.
So now not only am I being blamed for having the wrong item shipped to me, I get deducted the cost of them shipping it to me, and having to pay for shipping myself.
I get it mailed off and three days later they receive it. It took them an entire week after receiving the item before they could issue and store credit or return to me. All the while called up and asked to speak to the manager who was never in his office. He was always out and I was always told to call back in 10-30 minutes, which I did and still never got a hold of him. Left my number never got a call back.
Finally after a week I receive my store credit and when I go to use it, it doesn't work. I call and attempt to get help from different people but apparently it seems its my fault or rather my computer's fault that the code will not work. There was also an expiration date on the gift coupon for 10 days which I figure isn't enough time to get them to get off there lazy butts and fix the problem.
So all in all one of the worst company I have ever dealt with online, or rather ever period. I received more help for my modem at midnight talking to people half way across the world than I did with this company. This rating system is to kind to group poor-fair in the same box. They just...
Read morePoor customer service brought dvd headsets one was defective was told to send back the bad unit and they would replace it. I sent back the unit that was defective, they sent back the same one I sent to them without the wiring harness, so I contacted them again and was told to return the whole unit and I did,I was told they would replace the whole package. They never did after going back and forth between them and Ebay and I had to send my cousin who lives in California to the store to help fix the problem because I wasn't getting any were on the phone with them. They told her that I had store credit and I could use it any time, so I tired too I was in California so I went by the store to redeem my store credit or my money back and I was told to take it up with Ebay. I told him why and am here in person from out of state to slove the problem. I was told by the manager to take it up with Ebay and I told him Ebay didn't take my money you did,can get something for my time and effort for coming all the way out here from Oklahoma, and he repeatedly said take it up with Ebay. They sale you defective equipment and hide behind Ebay. I spent a little over a hundred dollars with them and was only offered a store credit of 69.00 dollars, and they wouldn't even honor that either! Don't buy from these crooks, they don't stand behind there...

The item was still under manufacturers warranty which would not affect them at all and I just needed to know who their supplier was so the manufacturer would warrant their product..just to make sure they weren't bought off the black market or something shady. I have the ebay receipt with the transaction # but they would not look up the purchase unless I had the invoice #. He even accidently said my name after I told him the date of purchase and acted like the only way he could find the transaction was with the invoice #.
