First time going to this Starbucks location in Gardena. This small location that has a high volume of drive through orders, so if your going to order, please take the drive through.
I ordered my drink at the window and I had to wait over 20 minutes. If you do come here, I highly suggest you take the drive through or if you don’t mind waiting for your drink, there is outside sitting.
All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable with their drinks. If you don’t know what to order, please ask for recommendations, if your craving something hot, cold , sweet, bitter or light. They will guide you.
Parking is limited if your planning to park next to the Starbucks location, if you don’t mind the walk, you can park further from the store.
I ordered my classic, venti ice caramel macchiato with 5 pumps of vanilla syrup and caramel around the cup.
A venti ice caramel macchiato comes with: 4 pumps of vanilla Caramel drizzle around the cup 3 shots of espresso shots 2% milk and ice
I highly recommend getting this drink upside down.
4 pumps of vanilla syrup Caramel drizzle around the cup 3 shots of espresso ( to melt and blend with the vanilla shots) 2% milk
And then topped off with 1 cup of ice.
You can also enjoy this drink with a cinnamon coffee cake - warmed up and get a venti hot caramel macchiato upside down. The bitter and sweet combo will compliment your taste buds.

Read moreI live just a few blocks away from this new Starbucks location, so I was very excited for the convenience. Lately they have been really messing up. They can't seem to get my order right. I almost believe they are doing this intentionally because I over emphasize "soy." No matter how adamant I am about my "soy" tea, these jerks keeps making the mistake of giving me regular milk in my tea. I get to work and have to throw the tea away because it's too inconvenient to go back. They don't even give you napkins with your pastries. You ask that they warm up the pastries and they don't. Tonight I drank my tea even though I suspected the taste was suspect, and I've been sitting on the toilet for over an hour. I am EXTREMELY lactose intolerant. My stomach feels like a boiling volcano. This is not the expectation for an establishment that charges $4.00 for a cup of tea. This is so not acceptable. I doubt I'll be going back here. I'm even wondering if there's some form of complain I could levy against this Starbucks. If you only knew how my stomach feels...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location, and unfortunately, this marks the second time I’ve had a negative experience under similar circumstances. I arrived early in the morning as the only car in the drive-thru, with a positive and joyful attitude, eager to start my day. However, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the drive-thru attendant. Rather than being greeted warmly or treated with courtesy, the employee was rude, dismissive, and rushed through the interaction despite there being no other customers at the time. I felt belittled and unwelcome, which is unacceptable in any customer service setting. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and diminishes the customer experience. I hope management addresses this issue promptly by ensuring staff (particularly a short/heavy weight young lady with brown hair) are trained to prioritize respectful and friendly...
