The manager came to the window after I sat there a few minutes, it was an hour before closing, the food was already to be put up on the counters in the back, he was on his phone slowly approaching the window. I ordered online 10 min before I got there and he said it must have just come through so I'd have to wait as he was still on his phone as well, barely looked at me besides when he took my card to pay for the stuffed crazy bread, I could barely understand a word he said. The stuffed crazy bread wasn't fully cooked and the crazy sauce didnt taste right either, it tasted like some peppers were in it as well as watery looking without thickness at all, maybe undercooked or just not prepared right or maybe it was old idk. I wont go back to this location anytime soon or not on his shift for sure. He didnt give me any napkins and I asked he said he'd get me some but was walking so slow and looking at his phone again I followed him in and he gave me 4 napkins and followed me back out to smoke his cigarette and look at his phone some more. I didnt feel like saying anything to him would make a difference but that's why I do reviews. Some people are professional others not so much, he definitely wasn't the professional type and then had 2 other people working with him, well sitting down on their phones as well and disappeared when I came in for the napkins. He had no ambition whatsoever and didnt seem to care about customers very much but maybe he just had a bad night, idk... either way it was horrible service, food and energy...

They just look at you when you pull up to the window or walk in and wait on you just to start ordering. The only reason I continue to come here is the cheap pizza and the drive thru. Food is always decent no complaint there. 9/10 of the people that work here could liven up a good bit though. It's rude the way they take your order. No need to be so blunt taking an order. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here and deal with the same exact things I stated EVERY SINGLE TIME. Change your tampons and give atleast a half smile and speak to the customer instead of just looking at them when they come in.
Since this reveiw I've came back twice, dealt with the same kid same sour attitude. Doesn't listen and doeant look like he wants to be there at all. I'm all for teenagers having jobs but something has to give. Quit staring at customers with ignorant blank faces and get the ordered right. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Little Caesars has really gone down lately. In the past week we have been there twice and had terrible experiences both times. We ordered a deep dish pizza and waited 35 minutes for it, then after complaining received a pizza that was still doughy in the middle and undercooked.
Then on Halloween 2020, we called in an order at 3:00 for 4 Classic Pepperoni pizzas and 2 Cheese Pizzas and they said it would be ready by 4:00 PM. I arrived at the store and sat in the drive thru waiting for 15 minutes to get to the window, though only 3 cars were in front of me, and was told when I pulled up that they did not have an order for us at all. They took the order, said give the 10 minutes and asked me to pull into the parking space to wait for them to bring it out. After a 40 minute wait, the pizzas were brought to the car and upon inspection, 3 of the pepperoni pizzas were undercooked and had pepperoni only on one side of the pizza and one of the cheese pizzas looked like the cheese had been scraped off in the middle.
I took the pizza back in and they replaced them, after I had to continue to wait and the only response I received from the store manager was, "Yeah, sometimes mistakes happen."
Little Caesars should go back to the basics where they were destroying the competition. They have truly lost their focus on...
