Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Garfield Township

The pretzels are soo good - once in awhile. But most of the time they are ok-ish... Or burnt and so tough you can't eat them. Prices keep going up and quality isn't keeping up. When you hand us 3 burnt pretzel items, clearly this wasn't a mistake. You noticed the batches were burnt and chose to serve them anyway, at 8$ each for the regular cups and I believe 5$ for the pretzel. It's a big hassle to make a batch properly at home but for 20$+ at least I would be able to eat a few that...

The food tastes good however, it is overpriced. Not just that. When I went I only got the original pretzel which is $5.29 I gave the lady at the register a $20 bill and she only gave me $4.71 back. So I told her she must have made a mistake and she counted the total in the register but she said that I was wrong. So I lost an extra $10 just for a pretzel. It was a good pretzel, but not...

Was great and to the one guy that complained that “I ordered a pretzel and they said 7 min then served other people” you should probobly learn that food takes time to cook and even if they weren’t serving other people you’re pretzel wouldn’t get done any faster.
