Staying at Great Wolf Lodge, decided to order takeout for family. Went thru app and did a family meal bundle for bowl/taco. Stated it came with chips, salsa, queso and all the fixings. So I thought that meant cheese, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole like on the board under toppings. Didn't get option for specific toppings. At pick up I noticed the extra tortillas I ordered were missing, as well as all the toppings. I received 2 Pico, 1salsa, 1shredded cheese only. None of workers acknowledged me at register so I had to go thru line. When it was my turn I informed Blake what was missing. He took my bags and checked order. He then told me it was correct except for extra tortillas. I was given the giant kind not knowing until later they aren't good unless steamed. I asked for plates and was told no. I was told it would be $10 for sour cream and quac. I declined and asked for managers card. They didn't have any but said manager was Blake-who I literally was talking with. I clarified saying aren't you Blake, and he said yes š¤ I asked for his district or regional manager and they said they didn't know how to get ahold of them. So I left shaking my head. The portions were underwhelming , rice didn't even fill bottom of container. Beans had a piece of plastic in them. So Qdoba, while I get times are hard, I suggest a little customer service training-especially for Blake. And get individual meals if you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLast night something awesome happened. Usually this kind of stuff never happens. Anyways we went out to eat because we had no electricity at home and ended up going to Qdoba. We order our food we eat and that's when Ian gets impatient and starts running around so that's our ok we gotta go now. We pack everything and we go for more water to drink before we leave well Corey(11 month old) ends up spitting up. I'm holding Ian(2 year old) because if I put him down it'll be a catch me if you can play for him, and Dustin's(husband) holding Corey, Adrian(12 year old) is holding food. No one really had free hands and along comes the cashier to help she even cleans Corey's spit up off of him and floor. I never had anyone be so nice and not give me dirty looks because Ian was running away from me playing his catch me if you can game. Out of all the bad things that have been happening lately it's good to have that one person who goes out their way to help out. People don't understand that the reason we avoid going out is because Ian being special needs its so hard to control him and to him it's always a game of tag and doesn't sit still for long and people are quick to judge instead of helping and yesterday we got helped out it just felt really good. Felt even better when the staff didn't give us dirty looks. Food was amazing, Oh and the lady who helped her...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointing, honestly. There isn't a Chipotle around here, so we tried Qdoba. Both times I have went in I have been very disappointed. You pay for something and you don't get everything that's supposed to come with it. We had to go back up and ask for multiple things that we didn't get that we ordered. We ordered through the app the second time and I ordered a veggie burrito and I literally only got rice in a tortilla. I added the toppings that I wanted and that's what I ended up with. Half of my kids stuff were missing from their meals, I was missing stuff from my meal and my husband's. Paying $60 for dinner and having over half of it missing is pretty disappointing. We filled out the survey and asked to be contacted by email, and nobody has contacted us. It's definitely not worth the cost or the experience. The employees were very hard to hear and the questions they asked just confused things because they weren't being clear on what they were...
