Dunkin' — Restaurant in Garfield

Had a serious issue with the manager at the store several times this time was over a wake up wrap that I want a whole egg willing to pay the difference instead of getting half an egg the manager there does not like me and he told his employees not to give me the whole egg A shouting match went back-and-forth which it could have escalated to a worse matter, other customers got involved not knowing what was going on there was no need to take this further, especially if I was willing to pay for the whole egg. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this Manager, he’s been there maybe a year and a half. I’ve had two issues with him. I have been a loyal customer in that store for 15 years. My family’s been going there for the past 15 years. Also, we need to take this into a different route otherwise I will take this issue to my attorney my life was threatened. I am a 65 years old. Really rude employee, I went about 25 minutes before they closed and one female employee, ignored me when I tried to say hello so I could order. Maybe she didn’t hear me but I know she saw me at the register while she was right in front of me. Another employee came over to take my order idk what his name was but he was very nice. And when we were checking our order she’s like “Are you leaving now ?” Rushing us out. Literally walking right behind us to lock the door.
