Fragale's Bakery — Restaurant in Garfield

I've included 5 stars for this place because this bread has been a staple in my life. Also, the problem may be only for me and a select few. Has anyone else noticed a difference in the taste of the bread. I'm not sure if it's the flour or the seeds but to us, the bread has a bitter after taste, almost like the taste of drinking a diet soda compared to regular. My wife an I have actually gotten headaches after eating it. I've called the bakery and inquired about it but the guy on the phone said everything is the same. I was wondering if maybe their suppliers have changed their sources on where they are buying the flour or the seeds. I even went as far as buying similar bread from 2 other reputable bakeries and found no problems, only the taste of fresh bread. I hope the Fragale family is reading this, so they can do their diligence finding out...

Went there today because I thought I'd see something I don't see in the Korean fruit store in Hackensack that carries their regular Italian(which is great) . I made eggplant cutlets this morning and wanted the absolute best sesame seeded Italian bread for eggplant parmesan heros. OMG!!- their double seeded crispy crusty large semolina bread was the BEST I've EVER hadand that includes NYC.Simply delicious and satisfying....who the heck needs to put anything on it!!!! This facility runs all night violating noise ordinances. There is no stop to the noise, day or night, the engines of vehicles running, machines running, no rest for the neighbors. It is so unhealthy for all us neighbors in the immediate area. We need quiet hours! Our families get no sleep! This is illegal and economic...
