Just encountered a horrible experience at Church's locations store number 1385 ask to speak with manager manager was very rude his name was Jeremiah I was trying to redeem my birthday certificate got asked several questions as if it was fake coupon and also was not able to receive leg and thigh as coupon says on the coupon he only gave me one thigh and from my understanding the coupon says leg thigh or Tender just wasn't pleased at all with the service that was given to me laughed in front of my face as his employees watched and I feel humiliated as I left this branch!!!I repeat I will never ever in life go back to that location even though that is 3 minutes away from my house don't feel like it was...

I went through the drive thru ordered two 3 piece original she had all the opportunities to tell me that they were out of original and they only had spicy, bur instead she completed my order I drive around to the window, they have me wait a while before they come to the window to tell me that they were out of original and only had spicy. This location has the WORST customer service! I went through drive thru asked for a family meal spicy and regular. At the window as their handing me my order they tell me they are out of spicy. It’s annoying but fine whatever I’ll deal with that. I get home only to find that I missing two pieces of chicken and they did not put in the biscuits that were part of the meal. I drive all the way back up to the location to tell them that and still have to pay for my chicken. They roll their eyes, never once apologizing for the mistake or offer anything to make it better.
