This place is a small to go Vietnamese spot with banh cuon/uot (rice crepes filled with pork or shrimp/plain rice crepe), goi cuon (pork and shrimp spring rolls) Banh beo (water fern cakes - small rice cakes with dried shrimp topping), rice and noodle dishes (chicken, pork), Vietnamese fried egg rolls, and other dishes. There isn’t a lot on display and they put out a few containers of food on the counter to buy to go. Behind the counter is where you ask/order for the banh cuon, Banh uot, Banh Xeo and other hot foods. I believe the banh cuon/uot are the most popular foods to get here. If you are dining in, you can get a drink from the cooler as you wait for your meal. When you pay, they will count how many drinks and dishes you ordered. You have to leave the restaurant to go to the main mall to wash your hands. Banh Xeo (yellow crispy pancake) contains shelled shrimp.
