Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Garland

At least the food was good.

Horrible customer service. I came into this little ceasars restaurant near closing. Paid for my food and while waiting my child (blacked out in photo for privacy) asked for sauces which cost $1 for 2 and was told by another employee she could have them free since they had already closed the register for the night. This employee locked the door and yelled at her that she could not get the $1 sauces because she could not pay for them due to them closing the register before all customers had exited the store. His demeanor was extremely rude and inappropriate to address any customers children with in such a threatening manor. To make matters worse, this employee has bleeding sores all over his face. Not sure what self respecting manager would allow someone with such bad hygiene or customer service to work near the publics food or in a position to be interacting with the public directly in such a manner but from here on out i will be going to the Cicis Pizza across the street or another location due to this insident. I highly suggest somebody explain to this man how to appropriately deal with customers children cuz i was so upset i almost just waited for him to close the store and exit the building to confront him on his dealings with my kid. Short: Better than normal little Cesar’s. If you need a cheap and easy pizza pick up, GO HERE!

Longer version: They actually care that the pizza tastes good and that it’s 100% fresh. They’re also fully staffed and get the ball rolling, long lines aren’t needed since they get everything done in a well thought out process. It’s also convenient to order pizza and pay for it at 12, schedule a pick up at 5, pick it up after work and go home with a fresh pizza that’s completed 2-5 minutes right before you scheduled to pick it up. 100% FRESH I’ve had problems with other little Cesar’s where if you order deep deep dish pizza, it wouldn’t be cooked all the way or be burnt, this place cooks it right and doesn’t burn it! So if your liking thicc 👌🏻 pizza and not with that thin crust, this place has you covered! I usually don’t give franchise places 5 stars since they always lack something, but this joint has it in the bag! They will get you covered.

PS: I always by extra because they’re good for cold pizza time :) I’ll snack on a couple boxes for a week or two. (Pizza in picture is cold since I’m writing this after I’m done with life...

I walked into the store and ordered 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 three meat pizza and a bacon pizza. The lady told me it would be 10-15 minutes. They should have had the first two "Hot $ Ready" so really just waiting on the bacon. 20 minutes in I'm asking where's my order and the girl says" I think they gave it away. She looks for about 10 minutes and says she can't find it and she told her manager. So the manager looks and can't find itand comes and said who took your order because it's not in here. I pointed at the lady at the register ( the only one at the register that's been talking to me the entire time) and said I walked in the door and gave her my order and she said 10-15 minutes then took the order of the person behind me. He asked if I had paid for the order when I placed it and I told him no she just continued taking orders. The entire time I had money in my hand! 35 minutes in he says he can take my order but it will take 10-15 minutes. I said and one's free since y'all messed up right and he says" Nope.
