Went here this evening. Had the displeasure of being berated by the blonde manager and her bald head friend, Josh, I think his name was. Had a friend with me who poured his beer a little too close to the pool table (not over the table and did not spill) and as someone who doesn’t drink in excess, is considerate of establishments, and rarely goes out I was blown away to see how they reacted ACROSS THE ROOM claiming he was “pouring his drink over the table”. The real issue was the bald headed friend of the manager chiming in loudly and repeatedly “that’s the manager” as if that changed the reality of the situation only further escalating the issue. All this as we repeatedly tried to tell the manager no problem we can pour farther away from the table. Of course it didnt end there, the manager’s scrawny Mr. Clean friend kept going on with ignorant insults to his fellow bar flies and casting gazes to continue escalating; even went so far as to make insults about our military, as I’m clearly a veteran. Pathetic. The crowd was rude (mainly the managers friends), the management was overbearing, and her little clique made it clear if you’re not a regular bar fly, this place doesnt welcome you. No matter, I rarely go to bars but I would absolutely steer clear of this one. They don’t welcome new guests and the manager’s friends cower in the corner trash talking paying guest and even trashing our military with heavy profanity making it not a place you can...
Read moreGoodness, I did like this establishment but something has changed with the culture and management. After inviting my friend here to get us both out of the house and shoot some pool I was greeted by a great bartender. She let me know that their wings were excellent and their tables were recently refelted, she also warned me that a prior patron had spilled on one (as a warning), and as a former bartender I appreciated it. My friend came, we ate, and shot pool. It was fine. Then, when refilling a beer I was told (from across the room) not to pour over the table. Not a problem, I let them know that I was 2 feet behind it and shared the bartender's warning. Again, the group this came from was seated across the room drinking with the "manager" and continued to berate my friend and I, despite listening to the Manager and attempting to diffuse the situation. It's fine to drink at your establishment, but it's bad practice to speak to patrons like that. I spent over $100 and tipped the bartender well but management needs to review their training. It was unprofessional and the commentary after demeaned our veterans, which was a shame. I can't see myself coming back given...
Read moreNice tables. However I called 3 days before visiting and asked if they had Sunday ticket (Football). Was told they could pull up any game. I also asked if they actually enforced their no smoking/vaping policy? She said yes. I got there on Sunday and rented a table and bought a beer before my game came on. However after about 15 minutes of her trying to find the game I was looking for. I asked again do you actually have Sunday ticket? She replied we have Spectrum cable which has most games. (Not my game). As I cashed out, a table right next to the bar was vaping some fruity smelling chemicals (which can be worse than cigarettes) and I pointed it out to the owner and she just smiled. Just a heads up, there are No Smoking, No Vaping signs all over this place. But of course if the workers aren't willing to enforce it, morons will do what ever they want. I guess they don't realize by letting 15% of their customers break the law they are probably pushing away 30% of customers who don't want to smell that crap. If I didn't have a lung condition, I wouldn't care. But of course business owners only see...
