Zin Yoga Studio & Wine Lounge — Restaurant in Garner

I've been using my Class Pass to jump around studios, but who knew my favorite studio would be so close to home? Since moving to Garner, I was frustrated at the lack of local yoga studios until I stumbled upon Zin. I've only ever had Kara as my instructor, and she does a phenomenal job of really teaching you how to do yoga. The classes have never been too fast paced, which is one of my pet peeves about yoga classes, and she is knowledgeable about the variations you can do as well as the health benefits of specific poses. The only reason I can't commit now is because I'm in school, and Class Pass is just easier on my day to day schedule which varies too greatly to have a home studio right now. There are several yoga studios closer to my house, but I picked Zin because of their beautiful environment and variety of class times (later than 9am on a Saturday 😅). After my first class, I knew I’d made the right decision (their 3 class intro special is awesome).

I recently got diagnosed with POTS and was told I need to find safe exercises to stimulate my blood circulation. I’ve found yoga to be the perfect fit for me, and the instructors are so helpful and mindful of each student.
