Full Bloom Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Garner

My husband and I came here for a coffee and we’re excited to come visit because we’re from Colorado and were exploring the area. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. The coffees were very good and one of our sandwiches was pretty good. The 2nd sandwich which was the veggie scramble wasn’t very good. It just didn’t have a great taste. The curry chicken salad was very good. The other reason I’m rating it is because of customer service. Everything was ok until we had one of the baristas be pretty rude to us. So what happened is I ordered my sandwich toasted but it didn’t come out toasted so we asked for it to be toasted…and I guess the girl didn’t believe us that we asked and personally came to tell me herself that I need to ask next time. This was because my husband went in to get it toasted. When I was ordering I asked if the sandwich came toasted and the girl at the counter said it did and even added “all our sandwiches come toasted don’t you worry”. It was just very strange because when my husband went in and asked she stated the same thing about asking next time and he said that we did ask and were told it would be toasted. But I guess the lady still felt the need to say it again because when she brought it out she told me again as if to finger wag me. I just plainly said “I did ask” and she huffed and walked back inside. It was just very weird. We were nice about everything and weren’t mad about the mistake - just didn’t like being treated like that. Also, there were a few other things (not big things) they got wrong, but we didn’t say anything about them because they weren’t a big deal like we asked for our drinks to go but they brought them in glasses. That’s all ok though. Just don’t want to feel unwelcomed like that again. We won’t be back and probably won’t recommend it to people visiting. We also had planned to buy coffee beans but...

I'd love to give more stars based solely on the coffee. But honestly the guy working today was pretentious from the moment of walking in seeming annoyed that my sister and I had my two year old niece with us. My sister asked about a chocolate pastry item on the counter and he rudely said "here the sign with the description" as if we were not the only people standing there and he couldn't just say what the 3 pastry items were on the counter. My sister ordered and ice latte and I ordered a regular hot latte. Mine was made cold which I didn't ask for so I stated this and he seemed extra annoyed to have to remake it and said rudely as if I'm unaware "I can't just steam that so just take it and keep it or give it away." Look I don't want anything extra - happy to pay for anything extra - what I wanted is what I ordered without the rudeness. I really wanted to like this place and buy some coffee to take with me for my partner who is finishing the drive across the country from California. We have just moved to Raleigh and were excited to find a great small business with craft coffee that we could support but sadly with attitudes like that it's a real turn off to speaning money with...

I’m pretty sure I left a review on Yelp many moons ago but figured I’d leave another on Google. I’ll get to the point; hands down the best coffee shop in the area (Raleigh, Durham Garner, and beyond).

We come to Full Bloom 1-2x a week and sometimes more. Nestled in downtown Garner, a perfect place to walk and completely family friendly. There are often vendors on weekend mornings if you’re interested to shop local during your stroll.

The coffee is the best we’ve ever had and always made fresh and perfect; we have been to many places with stellar coffee. My go-to is the Iced Honey Vanilla Latte, and it’s always made to perfection. Their menu occasionally changes but everything I’ve tried is delicious. If you’re into spicy, do not skip out on the spicy chicken panini! Their Veggie Bagel Scramble is also yummy for breakfast!

Service is 5 stars as always. Erikka is the BEST, and her team is amazing. She always makes us feel special and welcome, even when busy. We love bringing our baby girl here, it’s one of her favorite spots! We love the Full...
