Caution when shopping at this store. My husband and I first visited the store and it was great! They had amazing dresses, customer service was great and my husband love all of the collection of cologne and oils they had. That day we spent a lot of money in the store. Recently I went back. There was a different sale women in the store. I was shopping for my 3 daughters garments to wear for an event we have coming up. 1 of my daughters went to try on a dress. When she went in the dressing room, she prepared the to try the dress on and we found the zipper of the dress was busted. I took the dress to the front to show to the lady. She tried several time by pulling etc on the garment to try to get the zipper to connect and zip up. It would not work. She told me that she could get it fixed for me in house. I went ahead and paid 150 plus tax for all 3 garments. She told me that the garment should be ready in 3 days. On the 3rd day I called because I live 40 mins away. To make sure it was ready. After some calls back and forward I found out that the garment had not even been touched or fixed. I donât think the lady told the owner about the garment like she told me she would. So the last person I spoke with, she and I agreed that I would come back on Friday to pick it up and it should be done. I returned. The same lady that was there when I originally brought the garment, take the garment out and shows me that it was fixed. She then proceeds to tell me that it will cost $20.00 extra dollars! It actually shocked me. The owner was their and told me she had to get it fixed. The thing about it was we did not break the zipper and on top of all of that I was willing to pay for the garment and I could of gotten the zipper fixed for free! So a 150 dollar garment turned into an 180.00 garment plus tax. I just donât think that is good customer service! Iâm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the complete lack of professionalism from this business needs to be addressed.
My wife and I have an upcoming wedding to attend, and she found a beautiful dress here. Unfortunately, it wasnât her size. The owner was very friendly at first and assured us she could get the correct size in a different color (pink). A few days after the purchase, we finally received the dress, but it was smaller than the original one she had tried on â despite being promised the correct size.
She told us to come in at 3 PM Monday â only to not show up and leave a family member in charge who had no clue what was going on. My wife tried on another dress, and again, it was too small. It also turned out the ânewâ pink dress was completely different from the silver one â which the staff didnât even realize. How do you not know your own inventory?
We were told to come again the next day. When we did, the owner seemed surprised we even showed up. She finally brought the dresses, and my wife took one home. After trying it on a few more times, she decided it wasnât right and messaged to request a refund.
The owner refused, saying two weeks had passed â even though the delay was entirely her fault. There was no refund policy posted anywhere in the store, which is highly questionable and potentially illegal.
The way this was handled felt completely dishonest â like she dragged things out intentionally to avoid offering a refund. This business is disorganized, unprofessional, and not customer-friendly at all.

   Read moreI had a disappointing experience with this shop. Almost two weeks ago, I tried on a dress that fit but wanted it in a different color. The owner promised to deliver the correct size the next day, but after multiple follow-ups, it took 2-3 days for her to drop it off âonly for it to be the wrong size.
When I reached out again, I opted to go to the store to resolve the issue as the event i need it for is coming up soon and she is hard to meet. The owner Doha, dropped off the dress and had me meet an employee instead, and the second dress was still the wrong fit and even a completely different style from what I initially tried. The employee admitted a sizing mistake and the dress being completely different and told me to come back again the next day, despite the store being 40 minutes away from.
I confirmed my next visit only to find the owner was running late and had mixed up appointments. After finally receiving a dress, I decided to take it because of all the hassle and how depressing the experience was i just wanted to leave, but it still didnât fit properly. The next day, I requested a return and was told their return policy is 2 days from purchaseâyet I didnât even receive the dress until 2-3 days later, and it was the wrong size to begin with.
