I would not even give this a one star if I could write the review without it . My family has been going for breakfast after church for some time . Let’s start by saying this morning was terrible service . The young waitress is not only rude but she does not know how to talk to people . You are my child’s age so the disrespect is crazy !!!! Today I ordered a roast beef sandwich in which after my first bite I had something stuck in my tooth . While cutting the sandwich I realized it was a plastic bag . This could have easily made anyone choke. When I asked the waitress what it was she said I don’t know let me take it to the back . She then came back saying it was a bag ???? A bag you heard me right . Then said would you like another one . Who in there right mind would say yes ????? My family whom had not touched their food at this point I said we are leaving ! I will never be back here again. I in my life have never walked out and not paid but the disrespect was enough to make me decide I will never return here . Short version: You can’t beat good family style cooking and the prices here bring you back in time when you could eat out and have a good meal everyday at a reasonable price.

Ohh and they had cute homemade jelly’s.

Stopped by for lunch after a morning at the range, and I wish I lived around the area to come more frequently.

Service was attentive, friendly, and quick. And the waitresses fav dish there was biscuits and gravy.

So, of course had to try the chicken fried steak. The gravy did not disappoint. Creamy, thick, and not too much salt, over crunchy and nicely cooked CFS.

Couldn’t resist also trying the Chopped steak (hamburger steak) with grilled onions, hash browns and 2 eggs for lunch, all smothered in brown gravy! Exactly as you would want them to be.

And naturally, a side of the corned beef hash. I was glad they were exactly as I liked them, NOT big chunks of potatoes and meat, and fried enough the outside was crunchy!

Other were vegetarian, so they got the onion rings, fried zucchini, salad, etc.

Will be adding this place to my “eat here...

I've been to eat breakfast here quite a few times and it's always been good food and prices weren't bad but this experience was horrible food was cold wasn't good and the waitress was cold and didn't even check on us to ask us how the food was or anything she didn't even bring us the check we had to get up and go pay for it without receiving the check. My fiance got an omelette with hash browns and toast his egg was like a piece of rubber so cold hash browns were cold and undercooked toast was the only thing that was good. I got one slice of Raisin French toast and two pieces of sausage. Mine was not even warm it was literally cold I had to get up out of my seat go find the waitress to see if she could heat it up which she gave me and not very happy look and took place..
