My first visit here was horrible. Very nice staff but the job on my nails were terrible! My nails went from healthy and long to short and splitting that is very painful. The pictures of the green nails were what my nails looked like before I came to this shop (Italy nails) I was going to have problems with my nails as the group because the guy that did my nails use the metal buffer (after he wrapped my bails and let them sit and remove my nail polish in acetone nail polish remover 🥹 He kept buffering my nail polish off, I had to keep telling him that he’s buffing into my actual nail, and I knew they were gonna be thin. They were very sore and even more sore once he put the polish on.Most of my nails had been filed/buffed away, so I know as my nails grew that I figured id have issues would happen and as i thought as they grew longer they broke off so I had to cut my nails really short several times because every time they grew, they split really badly and it is very painful, especially in my thumbnails.. I decided to cone to this salon because this place has pretty good reviews, but my experience was absolutely painful and horrible and I haven’t really been able to get my nails done the right way ever since I came here and I always keep my nails done so I am very sad, embarrassed to show my hands and still in pain. This place has a awesome customer service but unfortunately, that guy messed up my nails badly.
(My Reply to to the owner)
Yes this is the results of my nails after your nail tech ruined my nails. This is the result of my first visit to your shop. Ive only been twice. My nails were in tip top shape. Strong and hard and they were done professionally previously. The second time i came i decided to give your shop another chance but with a different tech. The second visit my nails were damaged because of the first tech. Both of the men were very polite. There was jo issue with customer service. The second tech did a okay job and yes my nails were weak because of my first visit. The first tech buffed my polish off and buffed over my entire nails until they were sore. So now my nails have to completely grow out because what he did weakened my entire nails. Why is it so hard for you to accept that he made a mistake. Im not on here to cause any drama. This is a actual honest review. Just take accountability and stop trying to make it seem like i’m making this up. I wanted to share my experience and the damage that was done to my nails. Thats a crazy thing to do to make it look like I'm making up a story.. makes no sense! Take accountability it’s really simple. What type of owner are you how doesn’t take your customers experience in consideration. That’s insane. I want to make you aware so this won’t happen to...

I never write reviews but this was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had, and I get my nails done often and usually don’t mind a mistake or two. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing mother daughter day turned into a complete nightmare. We were there for almost three hours, and despite all that time, the results were rushed, sloppy, and ugly.
I usually get dip powder nails, but no one there knew how to do dip with tips. Instead, I was pushed into getting acrylics, and the outcome was terrible. They were bumpy, uneven, poorly shaped, and looked awful up close. I was even passed between three different technicians before someone finally attempted to finish the job. Meanwhile, my mom had a simple manicure and pedicure, and even that was a disaster. The technician cut into her cuticles, leaving her fingers sore, and the polish was applied so thick and uneven that it literally began peeling off before we even got home.
The customer service was just as bad. We waited 20 to 30 minutes between services and weren’t even offered water or anything to drink (they eventually did when my mom was coughing). The staff acted lazy, uninterested, and unhelpful, constantly saying they couldn’t do basic services. To make it worse, we were told to pay before our nails were finished, and then I was upcharged anyway. The pedicure itself was subpar, rushed, and not worth the money.
Even worse, their methods are UNSAFE. To remove dip and gel, they had me soak my fingertips directly in a bowl of acetone for 20 minutes, which is not the proper way to do it. My fingertips still feel strange afterward, and it was honestly concerning.
Between the lack of professionalism, the poor quality of work, the unsafe practices, and the overall indifference to customers, this salon is absolutely not worth anyone’s...
Read moreI called ahead to confirm the price and immediate availability for a gel fill-in and was assured, “Yes, you can come now.” Upon arriving, I sat for 10 minutes with no assistance. I attempted to leave but was convinced to stay and told the technician would be right with me.
After another 3–5 minutes, a male technician started my nails. I clearly stated I needed a gel fill. As he removed the polish from two nails, he mentioned “gel builder,” and shortly after said that the gel was “too hard” and they could not proceed.
After wasting 35 minutes waiting and beginning a service that could not be completed, I had to leave with unfinished nails, as shown below. For clarification, my nails only had standard gel polish—nothing more.
This experience was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend visiting based on the lack of communication, follow-through, and disregard for my time.
Response to your comment: upon me leaving he specifically said he could not fulfill the service as no price was ever given. Also on the call I specially said Gel and French tip in which I was told 51 for the price. I don’t have liquid gel; it is just Gel nail polish which I was able to get fulfilled across the street at Envy nail and spa. Honesty is the...
