The absolute blatant disrespect my family and I received here was shocking to say the least. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were not welcome by the eyes of the staff and their persistence to avoid checking us in. It doesn’t end there, went to the front to get a drink and the staff helped everyone who was in front of behind me and one of my kids, I gave up and walked away. Trying to check out for prizes? Don’t even bother. A lady tells us “one second” during our approximately 9-12 minute wait, we watched 2 staff members just stand at the front and talk (one of which is the very one who told us to wait just one second, never comes back. Another lady passed us 3 times and made it a point to ignore us. When she finally came back, she acted like it was rude of us to be standing there waiting patiently. I could understand if we were being rude but we stood there patient and quiet while we waited. She acted as if the children picking our there prizes was the biggest hassle in the world. Going as far as ignoring the kids when they spoke and pointed at what they wanted. Then, when I spoke up and stated what each kid wanted, she acted as if we don’t speak the same language, rolling her eyes because one of the kids wanted a toy in one specific color of the three colors available. This was my first time giving business to this facility and most certainly will be my last. Never have I experienced such disrespect at any establishment. I chose not to address this at the time because my children were present and there were other children waiting behind us and didn’t want to hold anyone else up. I don’t expect any special treatment when I arrive anywhere, I just expect to be serviced the same as everyone else is getting serviced. Everyone else seemed to be getting serviced immediately, so please tell me why on earth my family was treated differently. I’ll patiently await a detailed response, if one is not given, I will request one. Today is December 8th, 2024. If an explanation is not presented to me by December 12th, 2024, I will reach out and seek one,...
Read moreChuck e cheese is a nice place to take your kids. Accept their employees at this location. Seem to think it's a joke. And don't really give a hoot about your safety or the safety of your children. I had several employees that stands at the gate Stamping your hands with their invisible ink. Who laughed and said sometimes they intentionally don't even change the numbers from one family to another. And sometimes they forget. Other times they forget what numbers they had already used. So use the same numbers for other families. And they don't even care about if a kid leaves with a wrong person It's their parents responsibility to make sure that doesn't happen, not theirs. They're motto if you watch television. Says that all families that come together leaves together and stays together. Well, not so at this location. They seem to think it's a joke. And it's laughable as heck to the point where they'll stand there and pee their self Because all they're doing this for is a paycheck. They don't care about the safety of your child, so parents be aware. And as for you, chuck e cheese Just wait until the day you get a lawsuit. Slapped on your employees don't give a hoot about what happens to people's kids. Despite your motto being all families that come together live together. Unfalsely advertising y'all commitment to...
Read moreThis was the worst birthday party experience I have ever had. I spent well over $150 at Chuck E Cheese yesterday so my son would have a good birthday and he was so excited to see Chucky and he was depressed, late everytime, half his clothes were off, underwear was showing, threw tickers in the air and turned around and went right back inside. Showed absolutely NO interest in their job or the kids. When I brought this to the manager she said she would talk to her and 5 minutes later I found them laughing and joking together about the whole thing. I found the manager extremely immature! Then as we were leaving the person checking the kids stamps were barely paying attention and then lethe my husband walk right out with our 9 month old son without even checking either of their numbers!!!! This wasn't even the same person who checked us in so theres no way for her to know he was ours!!!! I don't micromanage my children while we are at Chuck E Cheese because I though theRe was absolutely no way they could leave the building without anyone but me but as I saw yesterday that IS NOT THE CASE!!!! I will NEVER have another birthday party at Chuck E Cheese again and will not bring my children to a place with such little care and respect for there job and...
