I don't leave many reviews for things but I had to for these guys there absolutely amazing if I could give them more than five stars I would. It was my first visit to them and I didn't expect it to go as great as it did I worked until six and live in Lincolnton so I didn't get there till about 15 till 7 which is when they close they was completely understanding and not mad whatsoever the manager was super nice and had a great smile. The gentleman that helped me really was great he took his time and looked up each item one at a time and I left there not really taking anything back with me and I felt that I got more than a fair price for my items the store was super nice and overall a very pleasant experience being the end of a work day for me. So if your looking for a place and live about 30 mins away like I do it was extremely worth it and am looking forward to doing business...

They were polite & friendly when they greeted me. I was given an offer for my 36" LCD TV of $25.00. When I inquired as to why the low ball offer they said my TV was too old and firmware updates were not available. When I produced a Walmart receipt showing that I purchased the TV less than a year before, they apologized but gave no justification for why they might have been mistaken on the age of it, etc ... The offer stayed at $25. I went to Cash America around the corner and got a loan for $85 and picked it up 30 days later for @$100. I give them one star for lying to me & trying to hustle me. I increase it to two stars for being nice while...

I came into Paymore today around 3pm. There were 3 works on duty. Soraya greeted me. She then helped me settle on a price for my samsung. She gave me an offer of 200 cash or 250 in store credit. At first I was disappointed. But I understand buying a reselling. I started to look around the store and asked Kam how much a couple items were. Not only did she help me She reduced some item prices. By the end I left with 3 items I really wanted in trade for my phone. They were so helpful. It was a surprising experience. I will definitely be returning here and recommending them to everyone. Thank you guys so much for helping...
