That if you're from Honduras. For the ones that are not, be prepare to taste original Honduran flavors. Real foreign joy. The little home is quiet and snugly. Perfect for those who enjoy there meal time in a calm and quiet place lime me. The service is always polite and attentive, the hostes are very friendly and we even chat a little. The whole visit literally feels like we're visiting a friend's house.

I ordered the Típico Casa Maya and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The carne asada was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell the food is made with care and true Honduran taste. Portions were generous, and the whole plate was satisfying from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real Hondureña food in Gastonia—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Casa Maya is hands down the best spot for authentic Honduran food I’ve ever experienced! From the moment we walked in, the warm hospitality and genuine flavors transported us straight to Honduras. Casa Maya is absolutely amazing! This is the best authentic Honduran food I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Today I had Paisano #2 it was delicious, the plantains were perfectly cooked. Both owners are so friendly and made us feel right at home.

I highly recommend everyone to come and eat here. If you’re looking for real Honduran food, Casa Maya is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!
