We placed 2 online orders that were scheduled to be ready at 440 I got there to pick it up a few minutes after they hadn't started making the food yet. They were out of white bread and only had one order. Have no idea about the second. I showed both confirmation numbers Spoke to the store owner and the manager Was there over thirty minutes ended up leaving the store without Is my food or my money It was absolute catastrophe I am very upset and I am Going to tell everyone I know about This experience I was offered no Solution to this problem, at the very least. They should have given me my food for free. After being there for 30 minutes now. I'm tasked with figuring out something else for dinner. After wasting time at this disgusting location. I hope I can drive as many people as I can away from that particular Subway. And after this experience, I will never step foot in another Subway again. You have lost a loyal customer.
I wish I had read the reviews before I went like this is a constant problem for them. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else anywhere else.

Each time I arrived after waiting 20 minutes to show up to the restaurant, my order was still not ready and I had to wait about 20 more minutes for the order to be ready and this time I waited that long and they didn't even have meatballs which was for two of my subs😡(waited even longer) I actually wanted a refund but the young man called someone on his personal phone and said he wasn't old enough to issue them and I would have to wait until the next day when the manager came in. He was at both locations and I believe he is the manager's son. He's never friendly and he walked around both times acting like he was cleaning while the young ladies made 4 subs by themselves. This place is horrible. The employees are always rude and on edge. They always want you to confirm the name of your order with proof from your phone. If I come in and say “online order for Kaylee” it’s highly highly highly unlikely I’m here to steal the order. How would a theft know the name of an online order? They wouldn’t!!!
Won’t be back to this location because of toxic energy from the employees.
