My husband and I have been online-ordering from this particular Marco's Pizza place for a little over 2 years now. However, we have finally stopped ordering from them. During this past year our orders have frequently been missing items that we ordered and were willing to pay extra for (like extra items on a pizza or sub) or items that were supposed to come with the order (like dipping sauce/salad dressing/etc.)
But the 'cherry on the sundae' that finally pushed us to stop ordering from this Marco's Pizza altogether was when our last order arrived missing an ingredient on my sub, AND the Shift Manager, 'Wesley', adamantly told me I had never ordered that extra ingredient. How did he know this? Because the Order Slip didn't have that ingredient listed on it!
LOL! I'm sorry but there isn't any other way to react to stupidity like this except to laugh.
And then Wesley raised his voice even more at me for asking if it was possible that the guy who took our order simply forgot to add that item into our order since the order WAS placed during busy peak supper hours.
Hmmm. From the way he was taking things so personally, I wonder if it had been Wesley who initially took our order.

Read moreThis once was our “go to” pizza place but sadly after today that will be no more. Loved the prices and customer service at one point. Whoever the manager is now is a real let down. Literally was yelled at last week twice for no reason. Once was when I entered the store and after telling them my order was yelled at by management to go wait outside while I was actually in the process of heading to the door, then shortly after being told to come inside was yelled at for not wearing a mask (even though none of the staff was wearing them) and was told I would not be served again if I came back without one. Went today (per request of my children) and witnessed the management yelling and cussing at an elderly man for simply asking a question. Then she walked out of the store. When he simply asked her name she yet again went off on the man and cussed him saying he was harassing her because he asked her name. She caused a HUGE unnecessary scene. Never Never will I go there again.I ordered on line and it said it would be ready in 15 to 20 min.I waited and I went to get it. And the guy there said he had no order.
