I had an online pickup order. I had my niece pick up the order for me. Once the order got to my house I noticed there wasn't a drink which was included in my combo order. I contacted the store and spoke to Madison, the manager on duty. During our phone conversation she kept having a snappy reply to my concern. I asked for corporate's number and she told me "we don't have a corporate, we just have an owner". So I return to my kitchen and noticed that I had 2 extra dinner trays in my bag so I decided to take the bag back to the restaurant to give a visual of the importance of checking the receipt before sending orders out of the door and not relying on customers to ask for cups for a drink which is included with the combo or just being ordered. When there Madison still displayed poor customer service. She ripped the bag open to check the contents and then put my order back in the ripped bag and I had to ask for a new bag. Then I asked for a cup since I had to remind her of the fact she told me on the phone that she couldn't give me money just for the drink. So she gives me the cup and places on the counter with force and I go to get my peach tea which I ordered for there to be no peach tea in the self service area. Then I ask about it. Nate the cashier and person who is giving out pick up orders (got confirmation from my niece who picked up the order), goes to the back and ask about the tea and comes back out with a smile and chuckle and say "we are out of peach tea and not making anymore". Now I realize I'm dealing with people who care nothing about thw customer or the position they hold I request my money. Madison comes back out and process the refund and everything is still a big joke and Nate is looking out the window laughing which I took a picture of which I will be forwarding to Beverly...
Read moreWe came to this place on Saturday night so we wouldn't have to wait 45 minutes at a sit down restaurant, as this was our second pick because Ruby Tuesday was a long wait and we chose not to wait and came here instead which was a huge mistake. We had a family of five and only one plate was told since it was a burger it would be a 15 minute wait, indeed which the cashier which had way too much eyeshadow on and fake nails that is a little too much to be working in food but she said hold on I'm going to go ahead and get that burger in. Well we sit down and watch literally 4 tables that came in after us get their food eat and leave and about 6 to go orders go out, had a girl ask if we needed anything and we said yeah how much longer on our food and never returned .. we waited 45 minutes for our food and once it finally came out it was so cold it was un eat able... our fries were cold and chicken wings were cold I mean it's sad when we wait 45 minutes for ice cold food and half the food left in to go boxes so we can go home and heat it up. This family outing was the worst experience I have ever had in this place and I have been here 6 times and NEVER had this experience I do believe this is my last time especially when you spend almost $70 in a place when I came here in the first place to avoid the wait. The owner or manager on duty wasn't even avaliable to speak to or visible so could complain. As to why I am leaving a bad review on Google hopefully through owners will "CARE" when business goes down, I will be telling about my experience to my friends and work no more will I recommend to order or cater for business lunches. Read moreWas not busy for a Sunday evening. We went in ordered 3 kid tenders with fries. But the cashier heard 3pc with fries. After her "fixing it" we went to the drink area where our feet stuck to the floor. You could tell there has been a lack of cleaning over time. Most of the drinks didn't work. As we sat down to the table, I looked at the receipt to realize she wrung us up wrong and instead of fries. She put Mac and cheese so as I'm approaching the front counter. Someone comes from the back to inform me. They were out of mac and cheese. I said. Well, that's perfect for the kid's meals. Because they were supposed to have fries instead. As for my meal, I had to then pick another side. I picked the peach cobbler, and to my surprise, they were out of that as well. It took about twenty-five minutes for the food to come out, and it was not even hot room temperature at most. The chicken fries were anything but tasteful. The wings were dry. The ockra came out in clumps, looking like broccoli 🥦 😳. We brought it to one of the staff member's attention, and she said they forgot to separate it.
