I ordered 8 cheesy Italian beef sandwiches with peppers for a group of people. What we got were NOT Italian beef sandwiches. They were more like an open face sandwich. The bun was cut down the middle so that only the bottom half remained. There was a thin layer of beef and peppers with cheese melted on top. Everyone was still hungry after eating. I called for a refund and sent pictures of the food. They agreed that the bread was cut wrong, but insisted that they always give 6oz of beef on a sandwich. I didn't weigh them, but it definitely seemed to be less than that. The owner gave me $1.00 back for each beef. The original cost of which was $6.60. Pizza is really good, however the people at register do some shady things. I ordered last week and when I went to pay the guy at cashier saw my cash in my wallet and said if I paid cash I would get a discount. Basically $2 off. When i went on Saturday to order again this time a large order, $62 the cashier said I would get a discount for using my card, 15% off. I was so confused. Do they just make up the rules as they go? Pizza is really good but I don't think I want to order at counter again. I tried ordering through website but it said the shop was closed even tho Google said the shop closes at 10pm and it was about to be 9pm. Stay the way from this restaurant. The driver does not know how to deliver food or read addresses . The driver park in the middle of the intersection and walk down the street looking for a white building. And the number are 3 inches tall and can see them to the street.
She then only brought 1 bag and refuse to give the rest of the order.
